For six consecutive years, it has been the champion of textile export in Keqiao. It has maintained an average annual growth rate of 10% over the past six years. This area is small. The enterprises that do not like to be famous are called "fans". They are very "ordinary" but also very "special".
Deciphering "three wonders" of "Van chase"
Located in Qian Qing Street, Zhejiang's "Van chase" group is absolutely not "big" in the same kind of enterprise, only 27 mu of factory area. But for six consecutive years, it has been the champion of textile export in Keqiao. Since its first rush in 2013, its annual export growth has remained above 10% in six years. The export volume of $200 million this year is no longer a suspense. This is definitely a "cow" among its peers.
In recent years, the industry has been sighing that the textile business is hard to do, and the export environment is difficult. How can "Van chase" go all the way? Reporters recently entered the enterprise and asked the boss Fu Guangyi for the secret of success. The "three strange things" found in the interview may be the key to declassified success.
One wonder did not have a "General Assembly" in 13 years.
Most of the jobs in "Van chase" do not have special working hours, but they all come very early. At seven in the morning, the open recreation area beside the upstairs showroom is crowded with people coming and going. Bar, coffee, milk, and drink. Pick up sandwiches, pizza and spaghetti in the heating area. They are free to all employees. On the other hand, we spent breakfast together, exchanging the problems at work, the interesting things in life, the happy breakfast time, and the problems that needed communication were also so simple and enjoyable to solve.
Sometimes, fabric training is also in this recreational area, and people who want to listen to it can come. On the other hand, they are small training parties, while the salesmen in twos and threes whisper to foreigners, while on the other hand, they may be drinking tea and chatting with their friends.
During the interview, there was a table of business people sitting next to them. Two foreigners came in halfway, picked up the samples, went to the bar very skillfully, ordered a cup of coffee, and sat down on the other side of the table and whispered together. Fu Guangyi said that since the establishment of the company in 2006, it has never held a staff meeting. But the executive power of the staff is particularly strong, especially those of the key departments of the Ministry of foreign trade and technology. They only need cell phone contact when they encounter problems, or communicate with them at breakfast, they can solve them all at once. Employees have a recognition that they are coming to work. Doing their job well is the most important thing. Time and key will be put on their work. Everyone values their work. Just like every spare part of a machine, it always keeps the best state. The whole machine must keep its best running state. The old man took a can of 500 grams of coffee beans and said, "at the most time, use 6 cans of coffee beans every day."
Two blame employees report to reduce maternity leave significantly
Xiao Han is a business manager of the van de se foreign trade department. He has been working in an enterprise since he graduated from university. But after the first month's maternity leave, Xiao Han made a report demanding that he complete his maternity leave and return to work. Xiao Han's business team has 5 people, dozens of customers, some are given by the company, some are accumulated by the team over the years. Xiao Han said he had no sense of working in the company. "Everyone is very competitive, regardless of day and night, because of the time difference, we maintain 24 hours with our customers, but we never feel hard because we feel we are fighting for ourselves."
It is also an obvious feature that employees in "Van waters" can't get in. At present, the company has more than 400 employees, many of whom have been working in enterprises since graduating from university. Until now, few employees have switched jobs due to salary and other reasons. On the contrary, every year, a fellow townsman or a classmate will be introduced to the company to work. Therefore, "Van chase" has never had the experience of "labor shortage".
When asked about the feelings of some old staff, we all agreed that "I am very comfortable here. My income is also good, and the environment is relaxed. So I never thought about going out."
Costly examination

How many fabrics are there in the more than 2800 square metre sample showroom, and the boss is not clear about it. But each sample comes with a chip, and the performance and parameters of the product can be displayed on the computer very soon. To what extent does "vant"'s fabric "ID card" be specific? Fu Guangyi pointed to the "CNAS" test certificate on the wall, told reporters that in 2017, the enterprise invested tens of millions of yuan to build the product testing center and obtained the "CNAS" certificate. Every cylinder product would take one sample to test, and the test data was kept in the "identification card" of the fabric. The annual testing sample was about 10 thousand, and it could provide customers with nearly 40 project indicators at one time.
The company has customers in more than 80 countries and regions, such as Europe, South America, East Asia and Central Asia. So far, it has steadily seized the commanding heights of the world's high-end fabric market, and has become a fabric supplier for a number of top international brand apparel brands such as POLO, HM, ZARA and CK. These companies usually have their own designated testing organizations, so more than 80% of the company's products still need to be tested at designated institutions for two times, and the annual cost is between $3 million and 4 million yuan. The company has invested a lot of manpower and material resources to build its own testing center. But Fu Guangyi does not think so, he said, in advance, according to the third party testing requirements for product testing, do the bottom of my heart, this is internal control, but also a good way to do internal work, can solve the problem before the big goods before the sample stage, in order to achieve customer inspection once pass.
Many of the current cooperation of "Van TSE" is first-line brand and super popularity tide card, which has great demand for fabric innovation. Every year, the company guarantees 30% to 40% of its products are self styled and fashionable, so every year 1 to 2 fabrics will become a burst, leading a large number of garment enterprises to pick up new fabrics. Some popular clothes in the market are actually designed according to the fabric of "Van chase". Therefore, it is difficult to imitate and follow the wind.
Recently, at the van chase textile control testing center, technicians are making further tests on the samples to ensure that the fabric is free from defects.
