Changxing Textile Industrial Park, Mei County, Won The "Country Name" Award.

In December 4th, the training base of the national foreign trade transformation and upgrading base was held in Dongguan, Guangdong. The Ministry of Commerce held a licensing ceremony for the newly identified 65 foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases in 2019, and the Changxing Textile Industrial Park in Meixian was awarded the national transformation and upgrading base for foreign trade. This is another "country name" base after the Baoji hi tech Zone was awarded the national hi tech trade base.

The Changxing Textile Industrial Park in Meixian County is located in Changxing Town, which is known as the "state key town", "national health town", "Shaanxi eco town", "Shaanxi key demonstration town" and "Northwest textile first town". It is one of the provincial key industrial parks in Shaanxi province. In September 2013, it was named "county construction industry concentration zone" by the provincial small and Medium Enterprises Bureau in September 2013. It was named the "Baoji textile export demonstration base" by the Baoji government in 2017, and was named "Shaanxi textile and garment export base" in 2017. There are 96 enterprises in the park, including 56 textile enterprises, 31 Enterprises above Designated Size, 16 Textile Enterprises above Designated Size, and 11 foreign trade enterprises in the park. Cotton, grey, cloth, home textiles and other products are sold all over the country, and exported to the United States, France, Germany, India, Bangladesh and other countries and regions, at present, has formed the spinning, weaving, printing and dyeing, clothing processing as one of the industrial chain.
