Recently, the Shanghai municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau carried out market inspection and quality sampling for the luxury clothing, silk garments and women's skirts sold in the circulation area of the city. A total of 255 batches of samples were collected, of which 56 batches were not qualified.

The results of the supervision and sampling showed that 23 of the 54 luxury brands sold in 36 enterprises sold out of 125 batches were unqualified, with an unqualified detection rate of 18.4%. Many of them are well-known brands such as Koh Chi, Tang Libai Qi, di keen Wei, London boys and so on. Of the 42 brands and 60 batches of silk garments, 3 batches were unqualified, and the unqualified detection rate was 5%. In addition, in the 70 women's skirts of 69 brands sold in 9 shopping malls and exclusive stores, 30 batches of them were found to be unqualified, with an unqualified detection rate of 42.9%. The unqualified items of these garments mainly include fiber content, extractable heavy metals, pH value, anti fuzzing and sphericity.

Wang Ling, chief engineer of China Textile Industry Federation Testing Center: fiber content is a reflection of product prices. For example, the clothing shows 40% cashmere and 40% cotton, but the cashmere and cotton are 0, which can not reflect the true value of this material. In addition, pH value is not qualified, it will also cause skin allergy, and may appear red or itchy when serious.

The inspectors said that there were 1 batches of women's skirts in brand name VOICE OF VOICES, which detected the decomposed carcinogenic aromatic amine dye components. This is a carcinogenic substance. The national mandatory standards are clearly prohibited, and consumers wear safety hazards.

Wang Ling, chief engineer of the China Textile Industry Federation testing center, suggested that consumers should get into the habit of cleaning clothes after buying clothes, so that the content of harmful substances such as formaldehyde in clothing can be reduced appropriately, thereby reducing the harm to the human body.

At present, according to the results of the random inspection, the Shanghai municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau has ordered relevant operators to immediately stop selling unqualified goods, and conduct a comprehensive clearance of inventory commodities and goods sold.

Zhu Jiongchen, deputy director of the Shanghai municipal market supervision and Administration Bureau, the consumer rights protection office, has conducted targeted sampling checks on complaints and reports, as well as clothing with more problems in routine supervision. We have investigated and dealt with the operators of unqualified goods in accordance with the law. At the same time, we urge the relevant unqualified commodity operators to take the initiative to take measures to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.
