The company's printing and dyeing technology is the only technology in the textile industry in 2018 that has been rated as "the world's leading technology". "The first prize of the textile and light technology progress award was extended by the company on the basis of previous anhydrous dyeing technology, which has applied for more than 50 patents." Li Zhi, chairman of the company, said that next, the company will actively explore the domestic market, achieve mass production of equipment, and contribute to energy conservation and emission reduction in the printing and dyeing industry.
Realizing low energy consumption production
In November 26th, at the nineteenth international textile industry exhibition, a machine with a height of 15 meters was running. The white cloth was quickly dyed and dyed through the machine. This is the company's disperse dye and water free continuous dyeing equipment. "It was totally unexpected that the exhibition was only two days away, and thousands of materials and business cards prepared by the company were robbed." Li Zhi told reporters that more and more people in the textile industry recognized the importance of energy conservation and environmental protection, and the company's R & D results were also recognized by the industry.
The project, which won the first prize of "textile and light" technology progress award, is an extension of the "short flow continuous clean dyeing technology and key equipment" of the polyester cotton medium and heavy fabric, which is an extension based on the dyestuff and water free continuous dyeing technology. The technology has applied for more than 50 patents at present. According to Li Zhi, general manager of the company, the application of the technology is extended to the dyeing of cotton and polyester cotton fabrics on the basis of previous dyeing technology.
The textile industry is an important component of the national economy. However, the traditional textile dyeing and printing technology has brought huge environmental pollution. The amount of waste water discharged by the global printing and dyeing industry is about 27 billion tons annually, and China accounts for about 60%. At present, the traditional printing and dyeing technology in the world is more standard. Dyeing of terylene fabric per ton consumes about 6 tons of steam and about 50 tons of water. The printing and dyeing industry has a prominent problem of low energy efficiency and high water consumption, which calls for technological innovation.
"Compared with traditional printing and dyeing technology, the printing and dyeing technology and equipment of the company have realized the continuous clean dyeing production with low energy consumption and low water consumption." Li Zhi told reporters that at present, the company's annual production of 10000 tons of dyeing equipment occupies 600 square meters, completely without steam, saving more than 30% of energy consumption, and saving a lot of dyes and auxiliaries. If used for dyeing polyester fabric, it can save more than 99% water. If used for dyeing cotton fabric, it can achieve low water, low alkali, low salt or even salt free dyeing. It can reduce or even eliminate the pollution from the original, save more than 30% of the cost for printing and dyeing enterprises, and has important economic and social value.
30 years to concentrate on one thing.
In 1989, Li Zhi, a senior high school graduate, came to work in Dongguan from his hometown in Henan. He entered a foreign shoe factory in Houjie and began to contact printing and dyeing equipment. At that time, small and medium-sized private enterprises mainly engaged in processing and subcontracting in Dongguan emerged and developed rapidly. Six years later, with his experience in printing and dyeing industry and the savings accumulated by his work, Li Zhi set up his own printing and dyeing equipment factory, Dongguan Jin Yin Feng Machinery Industrial Co., Ltd.
After its establishment, the company is mainly engaged in R & D and manufacture of shoe material laminating machine. In 2004, the company built 10000 square meter standard workshop, and began to research and manufacture the surface treatment of artificial leather, textile coating, printing and dyeing. Until 2013, the whole industry consumed about 200 tons of water per ton of cloth. Taking into account the cost problem, some customers who purchase equipment have proposed equipment with less water. In 2013, the company started the research and development of anhydrous dyeing and finishing, anhydrous dyeing, printing and dyeing without water and washing and dyeing.
In recent years, the proportion of R & D investment has reached 20%. Because of the huge investment in R & D, the company has experienced negative growth even in its individual years. " Li Zhi said frankly, the company has always attached great importance to R & D investment, from the company's first patent in 1999, the annual R & D investment is increasing year by year.
It takes only a short time to develop the dyeing technology and equipment from 200 tons to 100 tons, and from 100 tons to 50 tons. In July 2014, the company's first generation of waterless dyeing equipment was sold to a company in Suzhou. In 2018, after the appraisal of China Environmental Protection Industry Association, the water used for each ton of cloth has been reduced to 0.5 tons, and the printing and dyeing equipment has been anhydrous.
Three or four rows of patent certificates have been hung on the wall of the first floor of the office building, which is the result of the company's emphasis on technology research and development and property rights protection these years. "The company has acquired more than 100 patents for inventions and utility models both at home and abroad, and has registered more than 100 trademarks around the technology of waterless printing and dyeing and dyeing without water." Li Zhi introduced the patents on the walls carefully, and his face was full of smiles. "In the past 30 years, I have concentrated on dyeing, so that I can walk in front of the industry." Li Zhi said.
Will open up the domestic market
In recent years, the company's dyeing equipment is mainly exported to foreign countries, such as Brazil and Turkey. The company's new anhydrous dyeing and printing equipment will have large sales space in China. The company will actively explore the domestic market and fill the gap in the domestic market.
Not only energy conservation and emission reduction, the company's anhydrous equipment can also save a large running cost for traditional printing and dyeing enterprises, such as land use, electricity consumption and water consumption. Li Zhi introduced that the anhydrous dyeing and printing equipment can save more than 10 million yuan per year for printing and dyeing enterprises. This means that enterprises will be able to earn the cost of equipment investment in two years or so.
It is worth mentioning that according to the World Wide Fund for nature, if the technology can be used to update the world's most backward 1/4 polyester printing and dyeing equipment, it will achieve CO2 emission reduction of 26 million 770 thousand tons per year, which has important economic and social value.
"This year, the company will actively promote the waterless dyeing and printing equipment to the domestic market." Li Zhi plan, in order to achieve rapid mass production, the company will also carry out financing to expand production scale. "In addition to cleaner production, the company will also develop toward artificial intelligence of equipment and study the full intellectualization of production equipment.
