The chemical enterprises in Northern Jiangsu will not be able to regenerate their own products and implement one enterprise and one strategy. The progress of government audit not only determines the fate of chemical enterprises involved, but also affects the development of the industry. Recently, the location of Fengshan group, the chemical industry park of Dafeng Chemical Industrial Park, Yancheng City, Jiangsu, is again appearing before the public.

In the Dafeng District Economic Development Zone, there is a Huafeng Industrial Park close to the East China Sea, which is 70 kilometers away from the urban area of Yancheng.

Public information shows that the park has a planned area of 11.6 square kilometers, and there are 28 kinds of existing enterprises, of which 22 are chemical production enterprises. After the "3. 21" explosion in Xiangshui, the Yancheng municipal Party committee decided in April 4th to completely close the Xiangshui Chemical Industrial Park, and Huafeng Industrial Park also entered a state of suspension. The release of two government documents gave hope for the resumption of production in the Suzhou chemical industry park. Since September, the official website of Dafeng district government has also publicized a number of chemical enterprises to apply for publicity of municipal re production checks.

Whether the safety incidents will affect the eventual recovery of the enterprises involved is unknown.

In November 10th, the official website of Dafeng district government showed that the application for resumption of Jiangsu Haixing Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Haili Chemical Co., Ltd. had passed the preliminary examination of the port area and the acceptance of the district level, and it was intended to apply for the municipal level review.

"It is dangerous to work in a chemical plant. I used to be responsible for production safety in the factory, knowing that something was not up to the requirements, but I still had to command workers to do it. A local resident said that although he had changed his job, there were friends and relatives working in the chemical plant nearby, hoping that the chemical plant could be straighten out to reduce safety accidents.

At the gate of a chemical company, the security guard on duty is a young man who has been transferred from the factory workshop. Workers who work here are generally at 40~50 years of age, the officer said. The smell in the workshop is too heavy for young people to bear and bear. He had been in the factory workshop for less than half a year, because he could not bear the bad smell, so he transferred to the logistics post.

Environmental problems in chemical industrial parks are still being criticized by local people. Among them, a restaurant owner said that as long as the park resumed production, business will get better, but environmental remediation needs to be strengthened. Before the collective shutdown of the chemical enterprises in the park, the guests came to work here, and at the end of a meal, the cars parked on the road were covered with dense white dots. Many foreigners mistakenly thought it was snowing. They were all caused by acid gases emitted from the chimneys of chemical plants. As long as the chemical plant in the park opens, the outdoor clothes can not be dry at all.

Local industry insiders said that after this great renovation, the management of chemical enterprises will be further standardized, and the hidden dangers of safety and environmental protection can be eliminated to a greater extent. In the long run, this will benefit the development of local chemical industry.

First of all, enterprises should apply to the chemical industrial park where they are located. After a complete review of the park, they will submit an application to the county government or related departments. After receiving the application from the park, the county government will organize the relevant departments to complete a complete set of inspection and acceptance, and then report it to the municipal government for reexamination. According to the workers in the chemical industry park, the main reasons include: first, Fengshan group has a good foundation and the company runs relatively well; secondly, during the process of production and rectification, Fengshan Group invested more than 100 billion yuan of real gold and silver for various safety and environmental protection reforms. In addition, Fengshan group is a well-known local enterprise with strong influence, comprehensive strength and tax paying ability of enterprises, ranking the top in Yancheng City.

In fact, as early as September 18th, Fengshan group's application for resumption of production has passed the preliminary examination of the port area and the acceptance of district level. In this way, Fengshan group has been waiting for more than a month from district level acceptance to municipal review and final recovery.

The application of the Jiangsu brothers vitamin Co., Ltd., which had been resumed at the back, passed the preliminary trial and district acceptance in September 29th, only 10 days later than Fengshan group. But now, over the past two months, the application of Jiangsu brothers vitamin Co., Ltd. is still at the Yancheng municipal level. In the renovation of Subei Chemical Industrial Park, the dynamics of the chemical enterprises in the park are being closely watched by the market.

Insiders said that the announcement of the Fengshan group's resumption of production made North Jiangsu chemical enterprises see the hope again, but this does not mean that other pre production enterprises will resume production in succession, the key is to see the local government's review of the application for resumption of production.

Lou Qinjian, Secretary of the Jiangsu provincial Party committee, pointed out that chemical industry is a basic industry of the national economy and a pillar industry of Xiangshui province.
