On the one hand, we should give full play to the persuasion of community and property forces, and carry out the management and rectification responsibility for occupying public corridors, stacking articles, drying clothes and parking vehicles. On the other hand, we should clarify the division of responsibilities between management and punishment. The operation of garage (shed) clearly defines the responsibilities of the market supervision, and the corresponding duties such as fire fighting and public security are clearly defined in the garage or in the use of dangerous articles.
