Ningbo Textile Industry Annual Conference And The Three Session Of The Association Successfully Convened

In December 27, 2019, the Ningbo textile industry annual conference and the three general meeting of the association and the five Council were held in Ningbo overseas Chinese Wyndham Supreme Court Hotel. The members of the association represented nearly 200 people at the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Dai Xiaopei, vice president of Ningbo Textile Industry Association and deputy general manager of Ningbo Zhongxin Wool Textile Group Co., Ltd.

The vice president of the Federation, Li Lingshen, chairman of China Federation of industrial textiles, Sun Beibei, vice chairman of the Ningbo industrial and textile industry association, Sun Beibei, vice chairman of the Ningbo municipal market supervision bureau, Ren Kun, deputy director of the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team of the Ningbo Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau, Geng young, Ningbo city commercial bureau director Chen Zhiwei, Deputy Minister Shen Yi Ben, Ningbo Trade Promotion Council minister Xu Zhiwei, Yinzhou District market supervision bureau chief Wu Bo, Vice Minister of the Ningbo Municipal Federation of industry and commerce, vice minister, deputy director of the social affairs Promotion Association of the Civil Affairs Bureau; this meeting specially invited the competent departments of the government to lead the Chinese textile industry. Dong Qinxia, chief engineer of Shenzhou International Group, director of Donghua University, Wang Fu Mei, director of Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Yu Bin, Yang Xuhong, director of Soochow University, Liu Furong, director of Zhejiang textile testing institute, Zhang Guangyi, director of marketing department of Nanhua futures, Xie Chunmin and other government leaders and guests attended the meeting. The conference successfully completed the established agenda.

At the meeting, Li Lingshen, vice president of China Textile Industry Federation and President of China Industrial Textiles Association, delivered speeches on "textile industry development and technological innovation". Li Lingshen made a detailed analysis of China's textile industry development and technological innovation from the perspectives of the current development of China's textile industry, the development and innovation of industrial textiles, the transformation of industry led by intelligent manufacturing, the promotion of high quality development by civil military integration, and the vision of the industry's future technological innovation. Li Lingshen pointed out that China's textile and garment industry has made great contributions in meeting the needs of world consumption, promoting the development of global industry, and perfecting the world textile and garment industry system. The textile industry has played an important role in stabilizing employment, stabilizing finance, stabilizing foreign trade, stabilizing foreign investment, stabilizing investment and stabilizing expectations. At the meeting, Li Lingshen put forward five major tasks for the development of the textile industry in 13th Five-Year, namely, strengthening basic research in textile science, promoting research and development of major key technologies in the industry, speeding up the application and popularization of advanced and applicable technologies, optimizing and perfecting the collaborative innovation system of textile science and technology and strengthening the standard supporting system.

Li Lingshen said that in order to achieve the "new positioning" of China's textile power, the textile industry must establish a new industry positioning and development concept. We should create a responsible green industry, an innovation driven technology industry and a culture led fashion industry. We should strengthen the building of a strong textile and technological power -- building technological innovation with breakthroughs in fiber materials and intelligent manufacturing; building a strong brand in textile industry; building brand consumption power with the goal of fashion creativity and consumption; building a sustainable development power in textile industry; establishing sustainable development responsibility driven by good environment and green circulation; building a strong textile talent; building up the cohesive force based on the natural flow of human resources and value hatching.

At the meeting, Liu Jianping, Secretary General of the association, made a work report to the general assembly of Ningbo Textile Industry Association in 2019. The report starts from the three functions of the bridge link function, the industry promotion function, and the organization function of the association. It reviews a series of work carried out by the association in the past year, that is, serving the enterprise as the aim, giving full play to the role of the industry organization, serving the member enterprises with concrete services, and developing the industry better. Next, the association will continue to start from the needs of members, base on the development of the industry, focus on the improvement of the industry level, constantly enhance its capability and level building, provide better and more effective services for its members, promote the goal of "making China 2025" and strengthen the innovation and competitiveness of Ningbo's textile industry.

The conference passed the "2019 annual financial report of Ningbo Textile Industry Association" and the association supervisor and the general manager of Cixi Yongjia Plush Co., Ltd., "the report of the Ningbo Textile Industry Association 2019 annual supervisory work". The meeting also voted to adopt the proposal of Ningbo Hao Wei Textile Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Hangzhou Bay Textile Co., Ltd., Ningbo Weiyi long Plush Co., Ltd. and Cixi Hao long Plush Co., Ltd. as the first member of the board of directors, and absorbed a group of energetic, enthusiastic industry development enterprises with a certain scale and influence to enrich the association decision-making team, so as to enhance the management concept and construction ability of the association.

In the following five sessions of the first Council, we adopted the proposal to recruit new members. The association has increased the new members of Ningbo Sentai Hengyuan Trading Co., Ltd., Ningbo Ying Shi Da Business Management Consulting Co., Ltd., Ningbo Fenghua Wan Yang Chong Chuang Development Co., Ltd., Ningbo Haoshi Textile Co., Ltd., Ningbo Yitai wire Co., Ltd., Zhejiang one bleaching and dyeing Co., Ltd., Cixi super happy plush Limited company, Cixi City Tong Wo Plush Co., and Cixi Cheng Yi Plush Co., Ltd., and so on, which has injected fresh blood into the association.

At the meeting, Chen Hejun, chairman of Ningbo Textile Industry Association and chairman of Zhejiang Galaxy printing and dyeing Co., Ltd., and Yu Wanjun, vice chairman of the association and Yu Wanjun, chairman of the north latitude Plush Co., Ltd., gave the new directors and new member units.

After the ceremony, Qian Aimin, vice president of Ningbo Federation of industry and commerce, delivered a speech at the conference. He affirmed the work of the association and put forward three hopes for the work of the association. One is to be a good assistant; the two is to do well in service; the three is to innovate and develop.

At the end of the conference, Xie Chunmin, director of the textile industry group of China Export and Credit Insurance Corp and Ningbo branch, delivered a keynote lecture on "foreign trade risks and opportunities in Ningbo's textile industry", and carried out a detailed analysis of the textile industry's big data, textile buyers in Europe and America's key markets, and the risk situation in Europe and the United States.

The conference successfully completed its agenda and ended successfully.
