At present, four major foreign production bases have been fully realized, and fifth production bases, Rutai (Xinzhou) Co., Ltd., have successfully put into operation the air spinning project. Overseas production capacity of 280 thousand spindles, 3000 spun yarn, 67 million pieces of yarn dyed fabrics and 18 million pieces of shirts has been formed abroad. Liu Zibin said: "the next step is to build a new model of" comprehensive development ". 2020 is the key year for Lu Taixin's 30 years of development.
