Investigators eventually found that a total of 129 containers seized over the years were related to the same gang.

In the application form, Zeng XX provided an address in Shenzhen, Guangdong, and claimed that he was the deputy general manager of Shenzhen XXX Investment Co.Ltd, XXX, Shenzhen.
According to detailed information in the court documents, Zeng XX flew from Seoul, South Korea to Las Vegas, Nevada in December 4, 2019. The US prosecutor issued a criminal indictment to him on 6 December to prevent him from escaping from the United States.
