After receiving the clues, the Economic Investigation Detachment police officers have confirmed through investigation that they are two shops run by two couples. After purchasing clothes from the local market at low prices, they will then sell the clothing of a famous international brand sign, tag and certificate.

According to the police investigation, the behavior of the two persons in charge of the store is in violation of the trademark management regulations, and the sale is known as a counterfeit registered trademark. In October 30th, the police seized more than 800 pieces of clothing at the scene and captured the suspects involved in Zhou and Huang.

Two suspects explained that when they opened clothing stores in Xining in the early years, they sold all kinds of well-known clothing brands. Since then, two people have sold a well-known brand. In 2012, they began to use regular brand and label brand at the same time in a shopping mall in the city area.
