At the beginning of the year, we looked back at the track of industry development from the perspective of media, and released the "China's textile and garment industry's annual elite list" for tenth consecutive years. In 2019, Hengli Group Limited has three bright spots. First, we should fully open up the whole industrial chain from "a drop of oil to a cloth". In May, Hengli 20 million ton / year refining and chemical integration project was put into operation, creating the industry miracle of the construction speed of the world petrochemical industry, the speed of the whole process of start-up and commissioning, and the fastest speed of production.

Innovation: as an old enterprise that has gone through half a century, the Shanxi oasis Textile Co., Ltd., a veteran enterprise, has taken the lead in the implementation of intelligent weaving project in the linen textile industry, leading the linen textile industry into the era of intelligent production.


Shanxi oasis Textile Co., Ltd. is a modern state-owned textile enterprise with 50 years of development and production of hemp (hemp) and hemp and all kinds of fibers.

As the first batch of two integration pilot enterprises in the country, Beijiang textile Limited by Share Ltd of Shaoguan has been insisting on promoting textile intelligent manufacturing by means of information technology. In 2019, the global centralized visual data center was further built, and fine production links were increased at the same time. The effect was remarkable in improving production efficiency and reducing the cost of all parties.


As the first enterprise in the national denim industry to authenticated by bluesign blue label, the Beijiang textile company has successfully built the whole process management from input to output. In 2019, over 20% of the sales products were organically regenerated and other environmentally-friendly materials. Secondly, the leading air cleaning finishing equipment was introduced, which saved more than 80% of water and applied zero chemicals. In 2019, the annual production capacity of TIANTI Ding nonwovens was 160 thousand tons, with more than 20 leading global "one-step" polyester spunbonded needle punched tire base production lines and the first domestic production line of 8000 tons of high-strength coarse polypropylene filament needling geotextile production line, the first domestic market share for three consecutive years, and the world's most important supplier of polyester polyester substrate production, with customers in more than 20 countries and regions all over the world.


In August 2019, Tian Ding Feng, an integrated application project of intelligent factory and energy management system centered on MES, was honored by the pilot enterprise of Intelligent Manufacturing in textile industry. In October, polyester filament nonwoven geotextiles, staple non woven geotextiles and polypropylene filament nonwoven geotextiles successfully passed the CRCC certification. This is the first CRCC Certificate in the nonwoven geotextile industry.

In 2019, Yantai Mingyuan Home Textiles Co., Ltd. innovates and develops the "Ming Yuan Cup International Home Textiles Creative Design Competition". By docking domestic and foreign high quality education and industrial resources, condensing the cluster strength of home textile industry, efforts will be made to improve the design level of household textiles in China.


In addition, Mingyuan set up the Research Institute of Shandong large household fashion and creative design industry to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements transformation and production research and development, and explore and develop a new mode of cooperation between the real economy and universities. China Textile Institute green fiber joint stock company is a company engaged in the production, operation, technology and product development of "new solvent method cellulose fiber" which was invested by China Textile Science Research Institute, Xinxiang chemical fiber Limited by Share Ltd and Gansu bluzhou Petrochemical high-tech equipment Limited by Share Ltd in 2015.


Facing the complex economic environment and tremendous competition pressure, in 2019, China Textile and green fiber made a series of product optimization and technological transformation, greatly improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. The two phase production line of the company was officially put into operation and reached the production level, and achieved the first stable operation of the single line 30 thousand tons / year Lyocell fiber in China. The technology has reached the international advanced level. It has become the only second manufacturing enterprise in the world with independent intellectual property rights, and the second largest Lyocell fiber manufacturer in the world.
