The meeting pointed out that, in accordance with the deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council, and coordinated efforts to promote epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, more targeted employment, stable finance, stable foreign trade, stable foreign investment, stable investment and steady anticipation should be targeted to better cope with the impact of the epidemic on the economic operation. As soon as possible, toll free access policy will be introduced.

The meeting pointed out that supporting the grass-roots government to ensure basic livelihood, ensuring wages and ensuring transportation is the basic requirement for safeguarding the vital interests of the masses, as well as the basic conditions for promoting the government's performance of duties and implementation of various policies.
