Last weekend, we conducted a comprehensive survey and analysis of more than 200 textile enterprises, cotton processing and trading enterprises in the whole country.

1. Resumption of work

According to the survey, the current situation of textile enterprises overall resumption is better, the rate of re employment of investigation enterprises is 79.07%, and another 20.93% of enterprises plan to resume work in mid and late 3. Plans for mid and late 3 resumed businesses mainly concentrated in Hubei, Xinjiang, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Shandong and other provinces. The average recovery rate of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Sichuan, Hebei, Henan and other provinces is relatively high.

From the resumption rate of the workers in the resumed enterprises, the workers in the field have also been coming to work. There are more than 60% enterprises now, and the rate of workers returning to work is over 80%, and only 11.76% of the workers in the enterprises return to work rate is less than 50%.

2, order situation

The current market recovery is slow, and the epidemic has a certain impact on both short-term and internal demand. 38.24% of the textile companies said they were only implementing pre contract, but no new orders. 52.94% of the textile companies indicated that there was a continuous order, but there was no profit. Only 8.82% of enterprises with orders and profits are accounted for.

3, difficulties encountered

Left hand epidemic prevention, right hand start. During this special period of operation, enterprises are also faced with some difficulties. Among them, the most difficult is the shortage of protective materials, followed by rising operating costs and poor logistics distribution. The rise of operating costs is mainly reflected in three aspects: first, the return of workers from other fields to enterprises, and the enterprises need to bear toll and accommodation expenses. Two, freight transportation costs and loading and unloading costs increase. The three is dissatisfaction with start-up, low production capacity and rising spinning cost.

Under the pressure of these big mountains, some small and medium-sized enterprises have been in trouble. For this reason, some governments have taken some positive measures to encourage enterprises to resume work. For example, in some parts of Jiangsu, tariff reduction is 5%, social security and tax relief measures are being taken. Parts of Hebei and Sichuan provide subsidies to enterprises to hire and send workers to help SMEs overcome difficulties. At the same time, with the gradual resumption of downstream clothing and garment enterprises, new orders are gradually emerging. I believe that with the improvement of the epidemic situation, the industry will usher in spring blossoms.
