Us Releases $200 Billion Tax Product Tenth Batches Exclusion List
In March 12, 2020, the United States Trade Representative Office (USTR) announced the tenth batch of 200 billion dollar products under the list of tariff products. A total of 5 10 tax number products were completely excluded, including 3923210030, 3923210095, 3926.20.9050, 4015.19.1010 and 5603.12.0090, of which 3 were textile and garment products tax numbers. The two tax numbers of 4015.19.1010 and 5603.12.0090 were partially excluded from the third batches and the eighth batches of the exclusion list.
Up to now, the 10 batch of exclude list of US $200 billion tax products has involved 40 textile tax numbers, and the products being excluded will no longer be added to 301 tariffs when exported to the United States. Exclusion period can be traced back to the date of entry into force of the 200 billion list - September 24, 2018. The validity of the excluded products listed in this notice is from September 24, 2018 to August 7, 2020.
This part of the exclusion is completely excluded from the description of textiles and the HS code is as follows (which has been partially excluded from the tax number corresponding to multiple product descriptions):
1.3926.20.9050: plastic products and clothing accessories;
2.4015.19.1010: NBR seamless disposable gloves, except for surgical or medical purposes.
3.4015.19.1010: natural latex seamless gloves, except for surgical or medical purposes.
4.5603.12.0090: man-made fiber nonwovens, weighing more than 25g/m2, but not greater than 70g/m2, with smooth or embossed textures (not impregnated, coated or covered with rubber, plastic, wood pulp or fiberglass materials) in a pre cut roller, which is not less than 15cm to less than 107cm, is used to make personal care wipes.
Regarding the 200 billion dollar tax collection list, the following summary sheet is excluded.
