Communication between doctors and patients

The ward taken by the Zhang Yihong team has also been transferred to the patient from the shelter hospital, and the number of patients has been increased again, and the nursing pressure has increased.
"This means that the epidemic situation has been well controlled, but the new principle of concentrating resources, concentrating diagnosis and treatment, concentrating experts and concentrating patients" has added pressure to some designated hospitals, especially the pressure of nurses. Zhang Yihong explained that the majority of the patients they took over were elderly patients. Among them, patients aged 75 or above accounted for 50%-60%, and the peak period reached 70%-80%. These critically ill patients are relatively stable at present, but there are 5 patients who can not take care of themselves at all, and 2 patients can not take care of themselves. All these patients need to nurse instead of nursing workers and take care of them one by one.
The compliance of some patients is not good enough. Zhang Yihong remembered that when a 88 year old woman was admitted to the hospital, she was in a very excited state. "I lie well in the nursing home, dragging me into the ward. It's too dangerous. I have to go back!" The old man ran out all night, and the nurse stayed up all night at her bedside. Until the third day, the old man was still on the move. The nurses could only take the medicine, feed, comfort and so on to the old lady. They kept a close watch on the state of the old lady.
I remember a middle-aged PhD patient who had been transferred to the hospital after being isolated. He had been in a state of restlessness, not eating, taking medicine and not caring for the treatment. "He insisted that he had no symptoms of illness and should not be arranged to be here. He was hostile to medical care and was very intense." Therefore, Zhang Yi Hong explained patiently to the patient, "all suspected or confirmed cases admitted to the hospital are examined through layers of layers, and are also unified by the command department. In order to better improve the quality of medical care and enhance the sense of trust of patients, the medical team set up a medical and nursing combined weekly check room system, that is, the patients who are familiar with the patients' dynamics and the doctors cooperate with each other for ward rounds, and communicate on the spot. The medical team also set up a communication between nurses and patients, that is, nurses in the daily inspection room, the patient reflects some of the problems that can not be solved, when the doctor rounds the room sooner or later, report to the doctor one by one, so as to solve the problem in a specific and targeted way.
At present, the tenth batch of medical teams in Henan has received 39 patients, and 20 people have been cured and discharged.
