Jiangsu sun (600220.SH) announced that in March 19, 2020, the company received a notice from the shareholder of Yu Qin Feng about the 43 million 290 thousand shares' quality and re mortgage, accounting for 30% of the shares held, accounting for 2.43% of the total share capital of the company.
Yu Qinfen, the controlling shareholder of the company's sunshine group, holds 144 million shares of the company, accounting for 8.09% of the total share capital of the company. After this pledge, Yu Qinfen accumulatively pledged 144 million shares.
As of this announcement, Sun Group and its co operative Chen Lifen, Yu Qinfen and Sun Ningling jointly held 562 million shares of the company, accounting for 31.52% of the total share capital of the company and 444 million shares of the Pledged Shares, accounting for 79.05% of the total shares held by the company, accounting for 24.92% of the total share capital of the company.
