In Zhejiang province's "2020 key points of Zhejiang's" important area of "one belt and one road", it clearly referred to the full implementation of the new policy of stable foreign trade, strengthening the layout and cooperation of the global industrial chain, optimizing the "going out" service policy of the enterprises, promoting the implementation of the policy of supporting elements and strengthening the service guarantee of financial policies.
Ningxia issued the 2020 work plan to promote the "one belt and one way" and inland open economic Experimental Zone, and mentioned that we should actively develop new modes of cross border electricity supplier, service trade, service outsourcing and other new formats to help enterprises reduce transaction costs and establish overseas marketing service centers, and steadily increase the proportion of total imports and exports along the "one belt along the way".
The plan of action for the construction of "one belt and one road" in Shaanxi Province in 2020 emphasizes the cultivation of a new mode of foreign trade. It is pointed out that we need to push forward the construction of Xi'an comprehensive e-business pilot zone and comprehensive service platform for foreign trade, cultivate national foreign trade transformation and upgrading bases, and export bases with special features at the provincial level, and actively create state-level import trade promotion innovation demonstration zones.

The meeting of the leading group office of the "one belt and one way" construction project in Jiangsu stressed that it is necessary to give necessary assistance to major projects and key enterprises related to the overall situation this year, to help workers in low risk areas to accelerate their return to posts, and to organize domestic production materials to catch up with overseas demand.
At the beginning of the epidemic, the "one belt and one way" trade grew against the trend. At present, the "one belt and one way" cooperation has become an important force for foreign trade. It is believed that the "one belt and one way" trade cooperation will bring more opportunities and possibilities for the recovery of foreign trade enterprises.
