    "For example, the lessee buys a car at 200 thousand. For the reason of the number plate, the car must be registered under the name of the lessor. After that, the lessor borrows 200 thousand from the tenant in the form of vehicle mortgage and records it in the vehicle management office. After the registration, the right to use and the right to handle the vehicle will be transferred to the lessee. The third page of the vehicle registration certificate (green green) will be marked to show the name and identity card number of the lessee. During the lease term, even if the leaseholder is out of arrears, it will not affect the use of the vehicle by the lessee. The person in charge explained further.
