The project is a key project of cotton spinning. The project selected 100 thousand spindles JWF1566 intelligent upgrade spinning frame. The first batch of equipment was completed in March, and the following equipment will be supplied gradually.

Yongan, Fujian

In March 27th, a 30 thousand customer JWF1556 compact car spinning frame was officially installed and installed for a customer in Yongan, Fujian. The 10 installation personnel were well protected while maintaining the quality and progress.

In March alone, more than 10 projects such as Hunan, Changsha, Henan, Jiaozuo, Sichuan Yibin, Xinjiang Akesu, Fujian Yongan, Yongan and so on were supplied in succession, and the installation work started in full swing.

In April 7th, Jingwei Intelligent Company held the two phase of the Yongan project. After that, the key projects of Shandong Tancheng and Xinjiang Shawan were launched one after another.

Heng Tian Yongan

The project is an important action to carry out the national strategy of "quality, variety and brand". It is an unattended high-end intelligent textile factory jointly established by Heng Tian Group and Henan Xiayi county government and Xiayi Yongan textile company, which jointly build 1 million spindles in Henan area. In June 2019, the first phase of the project was successfully delivered and the equipment worked steadily. The second phase of the project will be selected by Jingwei Intelligent Company 91 JWF1579 high-speed intelligent spinning frame, 36 JWF1286 three automatic comber and 3 JWF1383 type strip coiling machine. With the delivery of the first batch of products in the two phase of the project, the installation personnel immediately accepted the installation technical requirements and epidemic prevention training and rushed to the Yongan textile company in Xiayi to enter the tight assembly.

Sha Wan, Xinjiang

A customer is a new spinning enterprise built by the world's influential manufacturer of natural cellulose purification. Since it started the project of the 600 thousand spindle textile industrial park in Shawan, Xinjiang, the Jingwei JWF1562 Intelligent Company has been selected as the VIP customer of Jingwei Intelligent Company. In April 17th, 20 sets of JWF1562JM classic long car centering spinning machines were installed.

In addition to the projects launched in March and April, many projects in Xuzhou, such as Tianhong, Wuxi cotton, Henan Xiangcheng, Xinjiang and Hotan, have been in the process of installation.
