The commodities listed in the annex list, from May 19, 2020 to May 18, 2021 (no more than one year), will no longer impose tariffs on the 301 measures against the United States. The relevant import enterprises shall apply to the Customs within 6 months from the date of promulgation of the list.

The Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council announced the second batch of second elimination lists of tariffs for us and Canada.

According to the notice of the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council on carrying out the elimination of duties on commodities in the United States and Canada (the Tax Commission Announcement No. 2019] No. 2), approved by the State Council, the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council announced the second batch of second tariff clearance products for the US and Canada, and cleared the second batch of tariff products for the US and Canada, and eliminated some of the commodities second times since May 2020. From 9 to May 18, 2021, I will no longer impose tariffs on the 301 measures against the United States.
