The Textile Optical Technology Foundation Has Increased Its Budget Expenditure By 58% This Year.

In May 15th, the fourth session of the third session of the textile optical technology foundation was held in Beijing. The conference summed up the work of the foundation in 2019, put forward the 2020 annual work plan, and passed the 2019 annual financial report and the 2020 financial budget arrangement; the chairman of the presidium was supplemented by the meeting; the motion for adjusting the head of the Council was voted through; and the units and individuals who donated money and goods through the textile light foundation during the "fight against epidemic situation" were commended.

In the special period, the conference adopts the way of "live + Remote Video". Work summary and plan

In 2019, the textile science and Technology Education Foundation promoted development of textile science and technology and personnel training, and actively carried out donations and assets preservation and appreciation. It continued to support science and technology education awards, science and technology promotion and other public welfare projects, and actively participated in precise poverty alleviation projects.

In the third four session of the Council's work report, Zhang Cuizhu said that in 2019, the foundation received a donation of 22 million 402 thousand and 400 yuan and a public expenditure of 21 million 154 thousand and 400 yuan, which mainly supported the public welfare items such as science and technology, education, skilled personnel, Zheng Mintai China knitted (underwear) special fund and poverty alleviation. From 1996 to the end of 2019, public expenditure on science and technology education exceeded 90 million yuan. The foundation will mainly support the recognition and award of 1473 textile technology awards, 55 basic applied research, 292 promotion of scientific and technological achievements, 111 innovative contribution awards for knitting underwear, 4028 excellent teachers and students, 1555 excellent teaching achievement awards, 259 technical experts in the textile industry, 16 outstanding candidates for the training of skilled personnel and 28 award-winning units.

For the work in 2020, Zhang Cuizhu said that 2020 is the year of ending the basic goal of building a "textile power". The textile science and Technology Education Foundation will unswervingly aim at promoting scientific and technological progress and personnel training in the textile industry. It will focus on funding public welfare science and technology education projects that promote the technological progress of the industry and the training of talents. We should build a public trust platform for public interest, play a leading role in charitable charities, constantly enhance the comprehensive and professional management capabilities, and enhance the new positioning of the textile industry's "technology, fashion and green" quality development with industry cohesion. In 2020, the foundation will continue to support and collaborate with the leaders of the China Textile Union, departments and units. In order to realize the wishes of the donors, the foundation will promote the public welfare undertakings of science, technology and education in a lawful and orderly way, and work together to build a strong textile nation.

The meeting considered and approved the 2020 budget of the foundation. The budget for public welfare expenditure in 2020 was 33 million 420 thousand yuan, an increase of 12 million 270 thousand yuan over the previous year's actual expenditure of 21 million 150 thousand yuan, an increase of 58%. Among them, the increased budget is mainly used for science and technology projects, educational projects, and social charity projects.

Adjustment of persons concerned

In view of the contribution of China Industrial Textiles Association, China Cotton Textile Industry Association and Guangzhou red cotton international fashion city to the donation of the foundation, the conference was supplemented by Li Lingshen, President of China Industrial Textiles Association, Zhu Beina, President of China Cotton Textile Industry Association, and Bu Xiaoqiang, general manager of Guangzhou red cotton international fashion city.

Zhang Cuizhu was elected vice chairman and Secretary General of the textile science and technology education foundation. After the election, Zhang Cuizhu said he thanked the foundation for its trust in the new position, and will continue to work hard to live up to everyone's support and trust, and contribute to the new development of the foundation.

Commendation donor

The conference also commended the outstanding volunteers of "textile light, blue butterfly, one heart and one heart special fund" donor and "textile light".

After the outbreak of the new crown this year, textile light took the lead in February 3rd and invested 50 thousand yuan with the blue butterfly foundation of Beijing. In the Zhejiang Millennium training foundation, the government launched the "textile light blue butterfly universal heart and one special fund" project. It raised funds and raised 500 thousand yuan for the purchase of medical materials donated to the first tier hospitals in Hubei and Zhejiang. Up to the end of February, a total of 537 thousand and 200 yuan was raised. They are all used to buy protective materials such as medical masks, protective clothing, protective gloves, nebulizer and oxygen generator. They are donated to 33 first-line hospitals in Huanggang, Xiaogan, Jingzhou and Zhejiang in Hubei. Among them, the China Textile Information Center and the China clothing association donated 100 thousand yuan. More than 200 people from the textile industry leaders, staff and family members were actively collecting donations. Zhang Hongxia, general manager of Wei Qiao Venture Group Co., Ltd., Tao Wenxiang, general manager of Changshu Xiangying Special Fiber Co., Ltd., Guo Hongjun, vice president of China Textile Construction Planning Institute, made a large donation.

In this donation activity, Zheng Guo Feng, the Secretary General of China Textile Workers' Ideological and Political Work Research Association and the chairman of the China Textile Association Painting and calligraphy society, painstakingly created paintings and donated large donation units and individuals.

In his concluding speech, Ye Zhimin said that the foundation has gone through over 20 years, and has always been promoting the advancement of textile science and technology and personnel training. The future foundation will achieve two platforms, one is the industry science and education charity platform, the other is to provide services for donation activities; the two is the platform for textile charity entrepreneurs, so as to facilitate entrepreneurs' emotional exchange. From the perspective of the positioning of charitable organizations in the industry, we should help donors realize their wishes and accomplish the goal of supporting science and education in the industry. In order to ensure that the funds operate in the sunshine, the funds should be used on the edge of the knife to ensure that the funds operate in the sun, and that the donors can be relieved. At the same time, we must strengthen the sense of safety in investment and financial management, reduce investment risks and ensure the safety of funds. We also need to strengthen project management capabilities, standardize operation and continuously improve service capabilities.

In his evaluation of the foundation's work, Xia Lingmin said that the fund's work has been effective over the past year, both in terms of the number of donations and the influence of the industry, especially during the epidemic period. Xia Lingmin put forward three requirements for the future work of the foundation. First, the foundation must ensure the safety of the fundraising funds, make safety first and risk controllable; two, try every means to expand the source of funds, enable the funds to grow and expand, and make good use of the funds according to the wishes of the donors, reflecting the effect and attracting more donation funds. Three, the Secretariat of the foundation should clarify the direction and orientation of the work and ensure that it is not misplaced.
