On the morning of June 11th, the reporter learned from the Symposium of the first phase of the environmental protection facility Park of the South China textile industrial base that the first phase of the environmental protection facility phase project will start in the end of June, and the key infrastructure projects such as sewage treatment plants and cogeneration will be implemented simultaneously. The first phase of the enterprise standard workshop will be fully opened at the end of July, and will be injected into the 17 enterprises that have signed up. The move also marks a new substantive stage in the construction of the environmental protection facilities park. Changning has promoted the high quality development of the "100 billion class" aircraft carrier in South Hunan with the most effective execution.

The textile industrial base in southern Hunan is a key industrial project in Hunan Province, and also a key project for Hengyang to build 100 billion industrial clusters. The project is divided into two major parts: clothing production Park and environmental protection facilities park. Among them, the environmental protection facilities Park project plans to invest 1 billion 500 million yuan, with a total construction area of about 394 thousand, of which the standard workshop area is 355 thousand. We have planned to build 1 sewage treatment plants, 1 cogeneration phase I central heating projects, 13 water washing plants, 2 printing and dyeing and dyeing mills, 1112 staff apartments, and 40 km water supply and drainage network project to Lingshui (double circuit), and support the construction of water supply and drainage, power supply and distribution, fire fighting, HVAC, square, greening and other infrastructure.

At the symposium, the CITIC environmental technology team introduced the design concept, progress and current effect of the environmental protection facility phase 1 project, as well as sewage treatment and cogeneration projects, and explained the discharge of sewage, steam demand and land use of enterprises. The Design Institute of Hunan University and Hunan Chemical Engineering Geological Exploration Institute respectively expounded the design of the drainage pipeline project and the geological survey of the environmental protection facilities park.
