I. Principles of work

We should give full play to the guiding role of the government, support exports to domestic sales, help foreign trade enterprises to bail out, ensure the smooth operation of the industrial chain supply chain, and stabilize the basic foreign trade and foreign capital market. Play the role of the main body of enterprises, adhere to market-oriented operation, encourage foreign trade enterprises to expand sales channels, and promote upgrading and upgrading of domestic consumption. We should implement local territorial responsibilities, promote export products to domestic sales in line with local conditions, and focus on supporting the important industrial chain supply chain foreign trade enterprises and small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises in the region.

Two, support exports to enter the domestic market.

Before the end of 2020, the export products that are produced according to the national standard for export purpose and the relevant standard technical indicators meet the requirements of China's mandatory standards will be allowed to make relevant written commitments and sell through self declaration of conformity, as stipulated by laws and regulations.
