Before May, China'S Textile Industry Profits Fell By Less Than The National Level.

In 1~5 months, the total profit of Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size reached 1 trillion and 843 billion 490 million yuan, down 19.3% from the same period last year, a drop of 8.1 percentage points lower than that in 1~4 months.

In 1~5 months, the total profit of manufacturing industry was 1 trillion and 546 billion 190 million yuan, down 16.6% from the same period last year. In 1~5 months, in the 41 industrial sectors, the total profit of 10 industries increased year by year, 1 industries were flat, and 30 industries decreased. Among them, the textile industry realized a total profit of 30 billion 960 million yuan, down 10.3% compared to the same period last year; the total profit of the textile and clothing industry reached 18 billion 50 million yuan, down 29.2% compared with the same period last year; the total profit of leather, fur, feathers and its products and footwear industry was 16 billion 740 million yuan, down 30.3 compared to the same period last year; the total profit of chemical fiber manufacturing industry was 4 billion 100 million yuan, down 59.1% from the same period last year.
