New Technology Of Shoe Industry: Anta Continuous Power Intelligent Mini Assembly Line
Recently, in the production workshop of the third business division of Anta footwear industry, the formed upper surface was skillfully covered with shoe last by workers and put into a "Hui" shaped production line; after 30 minutes, after 16 processes such as matching, pulling and covering last, a pair of finished shoes appeared in front of the reporter.
This assembly line is the "intelligent Mini assembly line" independently developed by Anta. It is reported that the fifth generation of intelligent Mini assembly line has been put into trial operation at the beginning of this year.
Compared with the traditional production line, the per capita area of the intelligent assembly line is shortened from 189.63 square meters to 100 square meters, which is about 9% smaller than the traditional production line.
Deng Anping, deputy director of the sports products group, witnessed this change. He told reporters such a set of comparative data: the annual output of shoes of 50 workers in a traditional production line is 720000 pairs, and that of 50 workers in three intelligent Mini production lines is nearly 1.4 million pairs. "Doubling the production capacity under the same labor force is the most obvious benefit brought by the intelligent Mini assembly line, and the whole production process is more compact and flexible, and the production process is more flat."
In fact, the improvement of production capacity is only one of the advantages of the intelligent Mini assembly line, which is more suitable for small batch and diversified order mode, which is one of the original intentions of Anta's independent research and development of intelligent mini pipeline.
"The feedback of market changes to the production end shows that there are many styles of shoes and small order quantity. The intelligent Mini assembly line itself has the characteristics of flexible and rapid change to meet the demand of Anta quick return orders. If other shoes are in a tight production situation, the intelligent Mini assembly line can also immediately switch production to support mass production. " Deng said.
It is understood that in order to develop an assembly line more suitable for Anta footwear industry, in 2015, Anta's third business division independently established a research and development team composed of two senior engineers and four engineer assistants, which went deep into the production line, continuously communicated, developed and adjusted new plans. Anta smart assembly line took nearly two years to develop and finally put into use in 2017. Since then, Anta Group has continuously updated the intelligent Mini assembly line.
"The trial run of the fifth generation intelligent Mini assembly line has added a display screen in the main production links. Through the parameters such as temperature, flow rate and production rate set on the display screen, we can evaluate the product quality on the production line and solve the problem of defective products in the production process." Deng Huaping told reporters. In addition, compared with previous generations, the fifth generation of intelligent Mini assembly line has an important breakthrough - upgrading the robot arm in the bottom pressing process. "The R & D team has broken through the technical bottleneck of manual switching for different code numbers. Now the robot arm can automatically identify the code number and switch automatically, which further improves the efficiency."

Only in this way can employees operate more easily, and the efficiency can be maximized He Yixin, senior production equipment engineer of Anta footwear industry's third business department, told reporters that the shoe R & D team started from the details, and finally unified the finished shoes of the three existing intelligent Mini production lines into the same conveyor belt, and then entered the back-end packaging link, which was convenient for management and improved the space utilization rate of the production workshop. He Yixin revealed that the team has begun to develop more advanced, more intelligent, digital and information-based shoe-making molding line.
