On July 30, Tao Weijun, Secretary of the Party committee of Huarong County, presided over the Symposium on the key work of Huarong Industrial Park. Li Yong, deputy head of the county, Zhu Yuanjing, member of the Party group of the Standing Committee of the county people's Congress and deputy department level cadre, and responsible persons of relevant departments and units attended.

At the forum, the responsible person of Huarong Industrial Concentration Zone Management Committee reported the industrial development planning, environmental impact assessment and upgrading, and the delineation of development direction zone; the responsible persons of county natural resources bureau, Guohua Yueyang Power Plant construction service headquarters, CCPIT and other units reported the land space planning, energy industry planning, Jinrong industrial real estate project progress, etc. All participants put forward suggestions on how to do the key work of the park in the next step.

According to the industrial development plan of Huarong Industrial Park, Huarong County will continue to highlight the four major industries of textile and clothing, food processing, medicine and health materials, and general equipment manufacturing during the "14th five year plan" period, so as to create four advantageous industrial chains. By 2025, it is estimated that the spinning scale of the park will reach 1 million spindles, and the production capacity of ready-made clothing and footwear products will reach 3 million pieces; four characteristic industrial clusters of Huarong mustard, Huarong Dao rice, Huarong crayfish and Huarong beer and beverage will be built, and the annual output value of textile, clothing, vegetable and food industries are expected to reach 30 billion yuan. We will strive to cultivate more than 80 pharmaceutical and health materials and general equipment manufacturing enterprises, and the annual industrial output value will reach 10 billion yuan. At the same time, Huarong County will rely on the advantages of energy industry, make full use of Guohua Yueyang Power Plant's power supply, heating capacity and ash by-products to develop related industries.

Tao Weijun pointed out at the meeting that it is necessary to follow the idea of "taking projects as the carrier and strengthening the strength of industries", focus on the industrial development planning, environmental impact assessment and upgrading, and delimit the development direction zone, highlight the four industries of textile and clothing, food processing, medicine and health materials, and general equipment manufacturing, so as to expand and strengthen the four advantageous industrial chains. We should pay close attention to the adjustment and optimization of the industrial park, do a good job in upgrading the environmental impact assessment of the park, so as to ensure that the enterprises recruited can land quickly and smoothly. It is necessary to reasonably plan the land use of the park, comprehensively consider the factors such as energy, port and logistics, and make scientific industrial layout to reserve flexible space for the subsequent development of the park. To strengthen the infrastructure construction of the park, the laying of pipe network should be forward-looking, meet the needs of the long-term development of the park, and improve the supporting facilities and related services of the park. We should promote the cooperation and co construction of industrial parks and establish enclave industrial parks. We should carefully plan the related industries of Guohua Yueyang Power Plant and attract relevant enterprises to settle in. Tao Weijun stressed that all levels and departments should take the construction of industrial projects as the key work, and vigorously introduce large projects and enterprises with large investment scale and good driving effect, so as to accumulate powerful momentum for the high-quality development of the park and promote the rapid economic development of Huarong County.
