    High precision positioning

    On July 31, the beidou-3 global navigation satellite system was officially opened and a brilliant report card was handed over. The global positioning accuracy is better than 10 meters, the speed measurement accuracy is better than 0.2 meters / second, the time service accuracy is better than 20 nanoseconds, and the service availability is better than 99%.     Ran Chengqi said that in the actual test process, the accuracy of Beidou system is 2-3 meters. With ground stations and satellites as carriers, Beidou enhanced station network can upgrade positioning to centimeter level in real time and millimeter level in post-processing. At present, Beidou related products have been exported to more than 120 countries and regions, which shows that the global networking of Beidou has been completed.

    And 137 countries have signed agreements with China, according to media reports. Financial institutions predict that the scale of China's satellite navigation industry will exceed 400 billion yuan in 2020, and Beidou will drive 300 billion yuan of this scale.

    Recently, the first large-scale road test of Beidou high-precision positioning has been launched in the industry, and the algorithm verification will be carried out on all expressways and major urban expressways in China. Beidou high-precision positioning road test will last nearly one year, and has completed 300000 km of road survey.

    According to the current test results, it can achieve the highest level of intelligent Lane positioning, i.e. it can meet the requirements of wide range of vehicle driving tests.

In intelligent driving, high precision positioning technology has become the core element.     2020 is the "first year" of large-scale application of Beidou. In terms of application, on June 17, the first Beidou high-precision positioning 5g v2x intelligent car was officially launched.

In the safety functions of emergency brake warning and forward collision warning, it can reduce false alarm and missing report, and ensure the safety of vehicle owners, pedestrians and other traffic participants.

    Chen Jinpei said that Beidou will be the infrastructure of intelligent connected vehicles, including road builders, automobile manufacturers, various equipment and application developers, etc. This year, several vehicles equipped with Beidou high-precision positioning will be released in mass production.     In addition to four-wheel intelligent driving, Beidou high-precision positioning is also enabling sharing two-wheel travel. On July 30, the "high precision vehicle positioning and electronic fence parking technology" developed by Harlow travel partners was unveiled in Shanghai. This technology enables shared bicycles and shared mopeds to form a higher spatial resolution perception, and the positioning accuracy can reach sub meter level.

    Ren Liangliang, vice president of Harlow travel, revealed in an interview with 21st century economic reporter that high precision positioning can help enterprises more accurately grasp the real-time location distribution, quantity and operation of shared two wheeled vehicles.     Combined with 5g, cloud computing, Internet of things and other technologies, Beidou provides problem solutions in a variety of scenarios. Taking Yangshan Port in Shanghai as an example, the "Beidou + 5g" automatic driving heavy-duty truck accurately stops in the narrow warehouse location, realizes centimeter level positioning, the loading and unloading error is ± 3cm, and the single point loading and unloading operation efficiency is increased by 10%.

    Chen Jinpei said that with high precision, Beidou's satellite system has changed from a navigation system to a space-time intelligent infrastructure. The so-called spatiotemporal intelligent infrastructure means that it can give a unified time and space benchmark to a variety of intelligent devices and application scenarios.

    However, in his view, the demand for precise space-time is only developed by 5%. "There are still more than 95% of the innovation based on the mobile phone and the mobile phone.     Huatai Securities believes that with the opening and operation of Beidou No.3, the gradual popularization of 5g network, and the acceleration of CORS network construction by operators, the intelligent application of "Beidou + 5g" technology is further mature, and it is expected to open up tens of billions of new application scene market.
