At present, we have the world's advanced spinning production line and advanced testing equipment. At present, the company is promoting the implementation of the intelligent workshop technology upgrading project, the project investment is 60 million yuan, and the construction period is 2 years. It is estimated that 10 million yuan of new sales revenue will be generated after all the products are put into operation, and the production efficiency is expected to be increased by 10%.
Production scale and output determine that the group must have a large number of production raw materials and packaging supplies in time every day. After the outbreak of the epidemic, enterprises are facing the crisis of shortage of raw materials. Zhongtai Textile Group has an annual output of 3.5 million tons of viscose yarn. Its spinning processes include ring spinning, rotor spinning, vortex spinning and Siro compact spinning In addition to conventional products, this year focuses on the introduction of Siro compact spinning 60s and 80s yarns produced in Xinjiang. I thought that Xinjiang's raw materials are single, so we may not be able to make high count yarn, but through our efforts and continuous improvement of quality, we can achieve Siro compact spinning of 60s, 80s and 110s. In addition, we are also working with downstream enterprises to develop and produce some environmentally friendly and antibacterial yarns, which are being promoted.
Although Zhongtai group focuses on raw materials and mainly produces viscose yarn, it also makes efforts in other fields and is committed to providing raw materials for downstream textile and garment enterprises in Xinjiang. In Xinjiang, only 120 million tons of cotton yarn will be put into production in Xinjiang. Therefore, the production of viscose yarn in Xinjiang will be more limited because of its application in the textile industry.
Xinjiang is located in the core area of the belt and road. Many of our staple fiber and yarn products are transported to Central Asia and Europe. There are special trains between China and Europe, which can reach customers in various countries directly.
In April, however, we did not meet the demand of the downstream products by 100% of the production and sales.
For the downstream customers whose fabric backlog is caused by the cancellation of foreign orders, we also help them digest the fabrics, try to transfer foreign trade to domestic demand, and help customers solve their problems.
