With the approval of the State Council, the Tariff Commission of the State Council announced the first extension list of the exclusion of goods subject to additional tariff from the United States. For 16 commodities listed in the announcement of the Tariff Commission of the State Council on the first exclusion list of the first batch of goods subject to additional tariff on the United States (notice of the Tax Commission [2019] No. 6), the exclusion period shall be extended for one year, from September 17, 2020 to September 16, 2021 Increase the tariff I imposed on the anti-U.S. 301 measures.
