There are 136 enterprises in the 55000 square kilometer environmental protection filter material industrial park, which has won the title of national textile industry cluster innovation and development demonstration area, and Funing has become the only environmental protection filter material town in China. The investment environment in Funing has also changed from a very good to a better one. The Funing government has set up a special guidance fund for industrial development, strengthened the support of enterprise employment, land and talents, and created better conditions for industrial development. In the future, Funing will continue to deepen industry cooperation and make greater contributions to the development of China's environmental protection filter media industry.

    In his speech, Li Lingshen said that from January to July this year, the industrial added value of China's industrial textiles industry reached 60%, the industry's profit growth reached 224%, and the export of related products reached 55.7 billion US dollars, with a year-on-year increase of 276%, and a number of production indicators set industry development records. The medical and health textiles have made great contributions to the fight against the new epidemic.     Iron and steel industry is an important application field of environmental protection filter materials. At present, 95% of iron and steel plants adopt bag filter. Pre charged bag filter is the core and mainstream device of ultra-low emission in steel industry. The pre charged bag filter adopts pre charged + straight through bag filter + PM2.5 filter material to form an integrated device, which has the advantages of continuous and stable emission less than 10mg / m3, energy saving of more than 40%, 3-year recoverable investment, land occupation reduced by 35%, ash bin number reduced by 50%, ash conveying device reduced by 50%, reliable and stable, fault point reduced by 90%, intelligent remote control and unattended. The intelligent management and control cloud platform technology of bag type dust removal system can be used for real-time monitoring, operation evaluation, remote supervision, fault diagnosis and elimination, accident warning and life prediction. The overall technology is internationally advanced and has attracted more and more attention from the industry. However, there are still some problems in the bag filter industry, such as insufficient understanding of the nature and operation process of the flue gas, and the filter bag is off-line and falling off the bottom, which should be paid attention to by the industry.

The progress of filter material technology has promoted the progress of dust removal technology in cement industry. The filter materials used in cement industry should have the characteristics of high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, hydrolysis resistance, antistatic, high air permeability and long service life. The commonly used raw materials include polyester, aramid, polysulfone, acrylic, glass fiber and other fibers. At present, the progress of dust removal technology pays more attention to the progress of dust collector body structure technology. He said that at present, PTFE materials can be used in high-temperature dust removal, bubble point membranes such as medical, food, electronics, semiconductors, clean workshops, fresh air systems, filters and other (ultra) efficient filtration, as well as water filtration and other fields. In personal protection applications, PTFE can be used in the production of masks. Fully fibrotic PTFE film is an effective way to achieve high efficiency and low resistance. High shear processing technology of PTFE resin with full fibrosis and blending technology of fiber hybrid PTFE resin are the key technologies. In terms of medical protective clothing, PE (PP) microporous membrane, PU membrane and PTFE membrane can be used for disposable protective clothing production.     Wu Haibo, associate professor of Donghua University, introduced the research and application of polypropylene spunbonded melt blown air filter material with low resistance and high dust capacity. In the system of fresh air, automobile, mask and filter, the performance of low resistance and high dust capacity is convenient to save energy and prolong service life. The current air filter materials are difficult to meet the requirements due to their fine fiber diameter and compact structure. Two component spunbonded filter materials with micron diameter were prepared, which had a fluffy three-dimensional structure. The morphology, strength, pore size and distribution, and porosity of the two-component spunbonded materials can be controlled by the blowing temperature, draft air pressure and thermal bonding consolidation. After testing, the filtration resistance of the final two-component spunbonded material is only 35.14pa, the dust capacity is 9.36g/m2, and the filtration efficiency after electret is 97.02%. The study of two-component spunbonded filter materials can provide a new idea for the design and development of filter materials.

    Chang Deqiang, associate professor of Northeast University, introduced the application of micro aerosol and filtration protection. Aerosol refers to the gas dispersion system composed of solid or liquid particles suspended in the gas medium, with the size of 0.001 ~ 100 μ M. Natural products, combustion products, industrial production, artificial powder and so on can be called the sources of aerosols. Electrostatic treatment process can effectively filter aerosol. The electret treated melt blown nonwovens have the advantages of high filtration efficiency and low filtration resistance because of its persistent static electricity, which can capture fine dust by electrostatic effect. Polypropylene is an ideal material for electret fiber because of its high resistivity and large charge injection capacity. After 1440 hours of storage, the melt blown nonwovens remained unchanged.

The main technical requirements of various mask standards at home and abroad are different. At present, there is a high unqualified rate in mask testing.     Hou Haoqing, Professor of Jiangxi Normal University, introduced the production and application of electrospun polyimide nanofibers. At present, electrospun polyimide (PI) nanofibers have been industrialized in Jiangxi Xiancai company. Compared with other electrospun nanofiber products, the biggest feature of PI nanofiber nonwovens is self-supporting. Compared with existing meltblown fabrics, PI nanofiber nonwovens are characterized by high temperature resistance and high porosity. Electrospun PI nanofibers can be used in lithium battery separator, filament yarn and fabric, electrospun polyimide superfine fiber, electrospun polyimide microfiber filament aerogel and other fields. These electrospun fiber products have been applied or are being developed and applied in social activities, contributing to the progress of national defense construction and social life, and have broad development prospects.
