Industrial Internet Competition Eastern Division Award Ceremony Held

Jiaxing Branch of China Mobile Communications Group Zhejiang Co., Ltd. has been in the field of industrial Internet for many years. Since the first industrial Internet Conference in the world, it has become the "Internet red exhibition hall" reported by CCTV. Subsequently, it cooperated with xinfengming group, a leading chemical fiber industry leader, in-depth cooperation with the 5g smart factory in the industrial Internet project, developed the 5g silk drift quality inspection robot system, solved the problem of floating silk detection in the chemical fiber industry, won the first prize of the second blooming cup of the Ministry of industry and information technology, and gave full play to the radiation and driving role of leading enterprises, forming a strong influence in the Yangtze River Delta region. At present, more than 100 industrial Internet projects have been built in Jiaxing. Among them, the textile cloud ecological project cooperated with Guangzhou Zhijing has gathered and served more than 100 textile enterprises through its innovative ecological chain platform, forming a Sustainable Textile cloud ecological business model. Zhang mentioned that most of the enterprises in China's textile industry have the characteristics of low-end management, low-cost management and extensive management.

Based on the team's years of experience in the textile industry, the textile cloud ecological project provides professional business application services for customers through MES, ERP and other IT solutions around the textile core business model, and introduces AI technology to enhance it solutions. China Mobile provides 5g, cat. 1 network and IOT technology, transforms traditional textile equipment, realizes equipment interconnection and interworking, forms four solution modules of production and manufacturing, operation management, industrial e-commerce and operation management, and builds the application foundation of industrial Internet in textile industry. Finally, it will provide the whole ecological service of production, transaction, storage and logistics for upstream and downstream enterprises As the champion of the eastern (Yangtze River Delta) competition area, this project is not only a planned project, but also has been implemented in China. At present, Guangzhou Zhijing technology has cooperated with 5000 enterprises in the country in smart factories. Taking the shuttle brain as the core, it undertakes orders from the trade platform, integrates orders, matches the best factories among a large number of factories, undertakes centralized procurement of raw materials, and allocates material flow and storage system.

To improve the production capacity of the weaving mill through the digital solution of the factory, and take the data as the enterprise financial credit certificate. The platform has gathered a large number of ecological partners, built a textile industrial cluster through the industrial Internet, and opened the cluster's capabilities to the outside world, so as to realize the synergy and win-win situation of the industrial chain. The project serves 35% of weaving enterprises in China, connects 350000 looms, and accumulates 100TB industrial data, which are the first in China.
