Scientific and technological innovation has profoundly changed the composition of industrial elements, mode of production and market connection, and is the core force to reshape industrial advantages. At present, the development of science and technology presents the new characteristics of multi-point burst and cross integration. The transformation of technological innovation is highly complex, which requires both technology guidance and industrial applicability, as well as independent security and open cooperation. This requires us to speed up the formation of a multi-agent, all factor linkage, cross sectoral cooperation of systematic innovation ecology. In this context, "made in China 2025" listed the construction of manufacturing innovation center as one of the five major projects, focusing on the key links of the industry, and striving to break through the blocking point between technological innovation and industrial application. Printing and dyeing industry as the textile industry to improve quality, to practice responsibility, to create value, has become the second industry in the field of textile industry approved national manufacturing innovation center.

In the Fifth Plenary Session of the 14th CPC Central Committee, the orientation of textile industry and the integration of national economy and society, which are to be established in the Fifth Plenary Session of the CPC Central Committee, are the orientation of textile industry and the integration of national life. Focusing on positioning and accelerating the formation of a modern textile industry system, we need the support of science and technology more than ever. In the new era, how to play a good role as a platform of national advanced printing and dyeing technology innovation center, and promote the upgrading of industry base and the modernization of industrial chain is an important issue for the industry. With the support and leadership of government departments at all levels in Shandong Province, today's seminar brings together the top-level knowledge of industry, learning and research. I would like to take this opportunity to share three views on the future development of the center.

First, we should set up overall thinking and accelerate the formation of leading strategic scientific and technological forces. In line with the trend of global technology development, focus on the fields of dyes, technology, equipment, etc., accelerate the breakthrough of the bottleneck link, and ensure the independent and controllable industrial chain. We should balance the necessity and difficulty of technology research and development, grasp the input-output and short-term and long-term relationship at the source, and better serve the overall national situation and industrial development.

Second, adhere to systematic thinking and accelerate the formation of intensive collaborative innovation ecology. We will create a more professional and open innovation platform, promote the efficient convergence and integration of various innovation resources, realize the in-depth cooperation and coordination among government, industry, University and research, reduce the dispersion, low efficiency and repeated investment of resources, and improve the overall innovation efficiency of the industry.

Third, strengthen the thinking of landing and accelerate the formation of market-oriented achievement transformation mechanism. We should adhere to the demand-oriented technological innovation, do a good job in the transformation link from technology to application, and effectively solve the problem of "technology can not enter the factory". Taking the domestic demand market as the strategic basis point, accelerating the transformation of technology to products, stimulating consumption potential with supply innovation, and promoting the operation of "double cycle".

"Those who seek the elder of wood must strengthen its foundation; those who want to flow far away must dredge their springs." We should have a deep understanding of the "core position of innovation in the overall situation of China's modernization construction", and let science and technology self-reliance become the strategic support for industrial development.
