Kashgar: Reduction Of Epidemic Risk And Recovery Of Cotton Road Transportation
According to the latest notice of Xinjiang Health Commission, no new confirmed cases of new coronal pneumonia and no new asymptomatic infection were reported in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region (including Xinjiang production and Construction Corps) from 0:00 to 24:00 on November 18, 2020.
According to personnel from a cotton enterprise and a cotton warehouse in Kashgar, Xinjiang, since the local epidemic risk level has changed from high risk to low risk, highway transportation has gradually returned to normal since July 17. At present, local ginning enterprises are actively contacting vehicles to deliver lint for public inspection and selling cottonseed to relieve the storage pressure of cotton processing sites.
