The reporter got good news from Keqiao District Economic and Information Bureau: in the newly released "comprehensive evaluation report on the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry in 2020", the comprehensive index of textile industry transformation and upgrading in Keqiao District ranks first among the first batch of 21 sub industry provincial pilot projects with a score of 129.8.

It is worth mentioning that the high score of Keqiao Textile's transformation and upgrading comprehensive index directly drives Shaoxing's textile industry to achieve 117.4 among the 17 key traditional manufacturing industries, ranking the first in the province, contributing Keqiao's strength to the transformation and upgrading of Shaoxing's traditional industries.

Speeding up the transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry and rebuilding the new vitality, new momentum and new advantages of the traditional industry are the strategic measures for Zhejiang to build a strong manufacturing province and promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry. By further extending the industrial chain, enhancing the value chain and integrating the supply chain, the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries are accelerated. From January to October this year, the total textile output value of our District reached 83.04 billion yuan, accounting for 52.5% of the total area's industries above the designated size. Among them, the output value of printing and dyeing industry reached 3.23 billion yuan, an increase of 2.1% over the same period of last year, 2.4 percentage points higher than the average value of the whole region.
