Huo Yan introduced that after years of development, the textile industry of Jilin Province has shown significant scale effect of fiber raw material resources, obvious characteristics of professional wear and certain competitiveness, accelerating the construction of garment processing base, outstanding characteristics of spinning and weaving enterprises, and obvious advantages of special cluster of knitting and socks industry park.

Jilin chemical fiber, as one of the leading enterprises in the chemical fiber industry, ranks first in the production capacity of bamboo fiber and carbon fiber precursor in China, and the production capacity of man-made fiber and acrylic fiber ranks first in the world. It is the raw material base of health-care textiles and the base of national differential acrylic fiber research and production. It is the only national high-tech industrial base of carbon fiber in China, which is developing textile and clothing It has a strong industrial foundation.
