Wang Tiankai: Do A Good Job In "Increasing Independent Innovation" And "Expanding Domestic Market"

Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, China's textile industry has improved its new advantages in science and technology, brand, sustainability and talents in accordance with the five development concepts of "innovation, coordination, green, openness and sharing" put forward by the Party Central Committee, and closely around the "Outline of building a textile power" formulated and released by the industry. At the same time, the industry has also made clear the new positioning of "technology, fashion, green". On the whole, the awareness and concept of independent innovation, brand building and green development of the industry have been greatly improved. Therefore, the progress in some aspects is obvious.
From the perspective of industrial chain, fiber development, intelligent manufacturing, green production, and the construction and development of independent brands have been greatly improved, and some independent innovation projects are breakthrough. Among them, Zhongfu Shenying's "key technology and application of dry jet wet spinning thousand ton high strength / 100 ton medium modulus carbon fiber industrialization" and "package technology and equipment of cheese digital automatic dyeing" by Shandong kangpingna won the first prize of national science and technology progress award. Although these improvements are still local, we should also see that they will play a great role in promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industry and high-quality development.
In the current complex situation at home and abroad, in order to maintain stable development of the industry, I think it is necessary to do a good job in "increasing the intensity of independent innovation" and "expanding the domestic market".
Recently, General Secretary Xi Jinping presided over a meeting of scientists and stressed in his speech that China's economic and social development and improvement of people's livelihood need more scientific and technological solutions than ever before, and that innovation is the first driving force. We should adhere to the demand-oriented and problem-oriented, accelerate the development of technologies that can break through quickly and solve problems in time, and deploy the technologies that are strategic and need long-term contributions in advance.
In addition to improving the ecology of scientific and technological innovation and stimulating the vitality of innovation and creativity, the textile industry should pay special attention to optimizing the allocation of resources, absorbing various elements and overcoming various technical problems. Without innovation, there can be no high-quality development.
As for domestic market expansion, the central government has proposed to build a "new development pattern with domestic major cycle as the main body and domestic and international dual cycle promoting each other". Textile as a consumer goods industry, the main point of its domestic big cycle lies in the terminal market. We should do more in-depth and detailed analysis and research, and do a good job in the article of internal circulation as the main body. Domestic market expansion is also the key to the balanced development of the industry in the future.
This year is the end of the 13th five year plan and the key year for the layout of the 14th five year plan. Compared with the 13th five year plan, the 14th five year plan has some similarities and differences. The difference lies in the fact that there are no major changes in the external policy of the country.
As for what kind of policy environment the industry needs to strive for, I think it can be considered from three aspects
The first is how to establish a fair, just and open market competition environment, and really let the market allocation of resources play a decisive role.
Second, it is difficult to solve the problem completely by the industry itself, which needs the necessary support from the national level, including tackling key problems and industrialization of some key materials, equipment and technologies, and relevant policy support for green production and stimulating consumption.
The third is how to give adequate support to the domestic circulation, including publicity and channels.
Facing the future, if the global textile industry wants to achieve stable development in the changing situation, it needs to strengthen consensus, close cooperation and explore the path from the perspective of value, responsibility and long-term. China's textile industry in the next step of development also needs to make up the short board, coordinated development. How to make up for the shortcomings? In fact, as mentioned above, from the external point of view, the key is to establish a fair, just and open market competition environment; internally, it is necessary to optimize the allocation of resources, increase innovation efforts, and improve key technologies, materials and equipment. In addition, we need to emphasize that talents are the key. While cultivating talents, we should respect talents, gather talents widely, and constantly tackle key problems in the development of the industry.
In the future, there will be more difficulties and problems in the development of the industry.
