In order to implement the new development concept, speed up the implementation of green design, and promote the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, according to the requirements of the notice of the general office of the Ministry of industry and information technology on organizing and recommending the second batch of green design demonstration enterprises for industrial products (jxh [2020] No. 110), the enterprise self-assessment, the recommendation of provincial industrial and information competent departments (or central enterprises) and expert evaluation are carried out 67 enterprises including Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliance Co., Ltd. have been identified as the second batch of green design demonstration enterprises for industrial products through the procedures of examination and online publicity. The list is hereby announced and relevant matters are notified as follows:

First, demonstration enterprises should play a leading and leading role, constantly strengthen the innovation and development ability and management level of green design, and continuously improve the supply capacity and market influence of green products. Report the progress of green design work to our department (energy conservation and Comprehensive Utilization Department) by the end of each year.

2. The competent departments of industry and information technology in all localities and the central enterprises concerned should strengthen the guidance and service to the demonstration enterprises, continuously follow up the work progress, do a good job in the annual summary and evaluation, and timely report the relevant information. At the same time, we should continue to do a good job in the cultivation of demonstration enterprises, actively guide the backbone leading enterprises in the region and the industry to carry out green design practice, give play to the demonstration effect, and promote the continuous deepening of green design demonstration work of industrial products.

3. Our department will further strengthen the supervision and management of the list of green design demonstration enterprises for industrial products, establish a dynamic management mechanism, timely review the demonstration enterprises, and remove the names of the units that no longer meet the requirements of the demonstration enterprises.
