Product innovation and industrial standards are applicable worldwide. The current communication and logistics technology, the global consensus on market economy, and good international relations make it possible for countries to cooperate in industry and division of labor. A business ecology of international cooperation has been formed between countries. This ecology can be called international division of labor within industries. "

This mode of international division of labor has also developed rapidly in the past 20 years. Since the 1990s, Japan has formed the "goose array model" led by Japan in these countries in East Asia. Some countries control the high-end links of the industrial chain, while some countries control the middle and low-end links of the industrial chain, which is the industrial division within the international community.

"On the one hand, the industrial division between countries promotes globalization and promotes the common improvement of economic welfare among different countries and regions in the world. Different countries can get more or less a share of the industrial division. But on the other hand, the process of globalization is a kind of unequal globalization.
