YUDAHUA Becomes IKEA Supplier In Sweden

"Wuhan made" textiles have accelerated their entry into the international market. On January 24, Wuhan YUDAHUA Textile Co., Ltd. was negotiating the first international order for the new year. 16 days ago, the company passed iWay (a standard) certification, marking the formal entry of its products into IKEA's international supply chain.

IWay's code of conduct is based on international conventions and declarations, covering the working conditions of suppliers, safety production and other aspects. The standard not only specifies the rights and interests that suppliers can obtain from IKEA, but also specifies IKEA's requirements for suppliers.

Wan Yushun, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of the board of directors of Wuhan YUDAHUA textile and Garment Group Co., Ltd., who has entered into IKEA's international supply chain and has begun a new century's journey, said: "it is equivalent to 'Overtaking by the way' to stabilize the stock and expand the increment. On the road of pursuing dreams, we never give up."

From scratch, from small to large, it also experienced the pain of death. It was born in 1919 in a wasteland near the riverside of Wuchang. After several changes of name, it became Wuhan YUDAHUA textile and Garment Group Company (hereinafter referred to as YUDAHUA). It regards "dream pursuing" as the corporate culture and influences generations of Yuda Chinese. YUDAHUA, with the layout of intelligent production in the whole industrial chain, has made great strides into the "5g" era of textile industry and has entered the first echelon of domestic textile industry from fiber to fashion.

China's textile industry is gradually changing from a big textile country to a powerful textile country. As a participant, witness and promoter, Wan Youshun, an "old textile man" who has worked in YUDAHUA for 40 years, lists three facts: China's fiber processing capacity accounts for more than 50% of the world; China has the most complete textile supply chain; and China has the largest international textile machinery production capacity. Take YUDAHUA as an example, wanyushun is more handy, with scientific and technological innovation, self-reliance and self-improvement, subverting the past scene of "1000 people's yarn, 10000 people's cloth" and "one head of cotton for textile women workers". Yu Dahua has laid out the first 100 000 spindles intelligent spinning production line in China, "the original 10000 spindle textile production line needs 50 workers, now only 15 people".

Ji Wanping, 59, an engineer of Yu Dahua, was awarded the title of "inheriting craftsman" by China Cotton Textile Industry Association and "Wuhan May 1st Labor Medal". In order to build the whole process intelligent spinning production line, he and his colleagues have done the same thing for half a year. The son once asked him: "textile are all female workers, men are afraid of entering the wrong line, do you regret it?" Ji Wanping replied with a smile: "people's clothing, food, housing and transportation are in the first place. Don't you think our work is interesting?"

In the early days of the founding of new China, the textile industry was very popular. At that time, many men were looking for their wives to call for their names and to find female textile workers. During the three-year period of extricating state-owned enterprises from difficulties, Yu Dahua has to reduce its staff. Seeing that the spindle was smashed by a hammer, the workers cried. Wan Youshun called that period "bitter cauliflower".

Today, Yu Dahua "takes the opportunity" to enter IKEA's global supply chain, vigorously develops the domestic large circulation, carries out the domestic and international dual circulation, and blows the charge of the next century's new journey, "this is the textile" Yingchun flower "

In 2020, the annual sales revenue of YUDAHUA is 4.2 billion yuan, including only 200 million yuan in the international market. "YUDAHUA is like a jasmine now." Wan Youshun predicts that in 2021, the international market of the enterprise will increase in France, Sweden, Italy, Japan and other countries on the basis of the original Germany, Spain, Bulgaria and other countries, and the sales revenue is expected to double at least.
