Sanfu Textile: Spend 2.6 Million To Keep 90% Employees
Recently, more than 50 employees' children of Jinjiang Sanfu Textile Industry Co., Ltd. officially opened a "special" winter camp. Sanfu textile invited two teachers to divide this group of students from grade one to grade six in four o'clock school to carry out winter vacation homework guidance, safety education, hands-on ability education and other courses.
"We don't stop work this Spring Festival. The four o'clock school can let employees go to work without worry. The activity will be continued from January 21 to February 7. " Jinjiang City Sanfu Textile Industry Co., Ltd. head of the Department of human administration ye Weibiao told reporters.

In addition, during the 10 day holiday from December 27 to the sixth day of the first month, all employees can enjoy free working meals and snacks. Sanfu will also give each employee a red envelope of 100 yuan for the new year's Eve and the first day of the first month.
While considering employees, Sanfu also carefully takes into account the convenience of their families. "From New Year's Eve to the fourth day of the first month, we will provide three free meals for the family members staying in the factory. For the rest of the time, we will only charge a nominal fee of $5." Ye Weibiao told reporters that this policy has won wide support from the family members of employees. So far, more than 100 family members of employees have applied for the new year in the company. And the company will do a good job in advance of their epidemic prevention inspection work.
In view of the festival atmosphere, Sanfu textile will also open the staff activity center, KTV and other entertainment facilities during the holiday period for employees to have leisure exercise. "As long as you apply in advance according to the epidemic prevention requirements, employees and their families can enjoy it free of charge." Ye Weibiao revealed that today's employees not only care about wages, but also attach great importance to spiritual and cultural life. Therefore, Sanfu textile, together with postal service, plans to launch a garden tour in February to create a happy festival atmosphere for employees and their families.
"To let the employees stay, we should let the employees regard the enterprise as a family." Ye Weibiao said that Sanfu will try its best to create conditions for the work, life, children's education, leisure and entertainment of employees and their families, so that Sanfu employees can have an unforgettable and comfortable Spring Festival in Jinjiang. After the festival, the company will also give each employee a start-up red envelope of 300 yuan on the seventh day of the first month.
Behind this series of welfare policies, there is real investment. According to ye Weibiao's preliminary statistics, Sanfu is expected to spend 2.6 million yuan.
