Quanzhou is a famous manufacturing city in China. As the largest industrial cluster in Quanzhou, textile and garment industry urgently needs intelligent and digital construction to boost the new upgrading of textile and garment industry in the whole province.

Combined with his own industry, Zhou Shaoxiong pointed out that, Taking Quanzhou as an example, the textile and clothing industry in our province is mainly facing the following problems, such as the weakening of labor dividend, prominent data island phenomenon, shortage of professionals, etc.

Zhou Shaoxiong stressed that under the new development pattern, the intelligent manufacturing of textile and garment industry is no longer simply replacing part of the labor force with machines, but should integrate "intelligence" into every link of enterprise orders, supply chain, production, sales, service, etc., and create a flexible supply chain, so as to make the production end, marketing end, logistics end and R & D end more closely connected with each other The response speed is faster, the communication is more concise and accurate, and the business online, data online, collaborative online and communication online are realized.

Therefore, Zhou Shaoxiong put forward the following four suggestions:

First, the digital transformation of textile and clothing will be included in the important content of digital construction in our province. Intelligent manufacturing of textile and garment is a business model based on Internet, which has data attribute naturally. Promoting the intelligent digitization of textile and garment industry is not only a way to improve the fine management level of textile and garment industry, but also an important content of realizing industrial digitization and digital industrialization in our province, which should be vigorously promoted during the "14th five year plan".

Second, promote the use of data center in textile and garment enterprises. Data center can be used in many scenarios of clothing industry, such as supply chain remodeling, global marketing, new product incubation, store management, channel expansion, etc., to reshape the enterprise value chain in an all-round and multi angle way. At present, there are many leading garment enterprises in China to construct data center projects. Data center has become a new engine for digital transformation of enterprises. It is suggested that leading enterprises of data service should be introduced to comprehensively guide garment enterprises to speed up the construction of data platform ecology, help enterprises get through all aspects of the supply chain, realize accurate marketing of customers, digital management of stores, incubation of high-quality short-term new products, and comprehensively improve operational efficiency.

Third, introduce and cultivate industrial Internet platform.
