Latest Notice On Remote Detection Of Passengers On Myanmar Flights To China

At present, the global epidemic situation of new crown pneumonia is still severe, and the risk of cross infection in international travel is high. According to the domestic notice, the Embassy in Myanmar further clarifies the latest requirements for remote detection of all personnel going to China, and will implement the following measures from 23:59 on February 24, 2021:

1、 All personnel going to China should carry out isolation closed-loop management and health monitoring at least 14 days before departure. Chinese enterprises and project personnel shall be provided with relevant isolation certificates by their enterprises.

2、 If any of the results of nucleic acid test, serum IgM and IgG antibody test results of all personnel going to China are positive, they will be deemed to have a previous infection history (except those who hold the vaccination certificate of compliance). The above personnel should refer to the discharge standard of "new coronavirus pneumonia diagnosis and treatment scheme (trial version 8)", provide the diagnosis and discharge certificate with lung CT or X-ray results issued by the local hospital or isolation point, and the certificate of negative nucleic acid test twice (the sampling interval is at least 24 hours), and obtain the paper report. After that, isolation management and health monitoring should be carried out for 14 days. Only those who meet the above requirements can be tested for nucleic acid and serum antibody within 48 hours before boarding. If the results of nucleic acid and antibody IgM are double negative, they can apply for health code.

3、 After obtaining the relevant negative certificate, all personnel going to China must immediately declare the health code with their own mobile phone or passenger's mobile phone, and generate a dynamic health code to actively cooperate with the airline company for inspection. Please do not take screenshots. At the same time, the original test report must be carried for reference. If it is not uploaded in time, or the time for the embassy or consulate to check is too short to obtain the health code, resulting in flight delay, all consequences shall be borne by the individual.

4、 When applying for the health code, all personnel going to China should upload the following materials in addition to the test report: (1) Chinese enterprises and project personnel must upload isolation certificates; (2) previously infected personnel must upload discharge certificates and all test reports; (3) other materials required by Chinese embassies and consulates in Myanmar.

5、 Since November 8 last year, Chinese embassies and consulates in Myanmar have no longer accepted the application of health code or green QR code of health status statement of passengers transit from Myanmar to China via a third country or from a third country. The consequences of detention and repatriation due to forced transfer shall be borne by the individual.

6、 All personnel going to China should strictly abide by the epidemic prevention and control regulations, and fill in the information such as identity, work unit, flight number, domestic contact person and contact information (not the same as his / her contact information). If it is found that the patient's condition is concealed, the certificate is tampered with, and the isolation requirements are not complied with, the embassy will refuse to issue the health code and lock it directly, and all the consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the individual. ??
