Announcement on the third extension of the exclusion list of goods subject to additional tariff on the United States

According to the announcement of the State Council Tariff Commission on the first exclusion list of the second batch of goods subject to additional tariff on the United States (notice of the Tax Commission [2020] No. 3), the first exclusion list of the second batch of goods subject to additional tariff on the United States will expire on February 27, 2021. The Tariff Commission of the State Council shall, in accordance with the procedures, decide to extend the exclusion period for the above-mentioned commodities. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

For the 65 commodities listed in the annex, the exclusion period specified in announcement [2020] No. 3 of the Tax Commission shall be extended. From February 28, 2021 to September 16, 2021, no additional tariff imposed by China for anti US 301 measures shall be continued.
