According to the news, lingzhan real estate fund will gradually unify its mainland retail property brand under the brand of "lingzhan shopping plaza" in November 2020. The former Jingtong Roosevelt Plaza, Xicheng Dushui and central city plaza have been successfully renamed as lingzhan shopping plaza · Jingtong, lingzhan shopping plaza · Guangzhou and lingzhan central city, and the meiouhui shopping center in Zhongguancun, Beijing will be renamed "lingzhan" Shopping Plaza · ZhongGuanCun ", which is also the end of the unified brand strategy.
It is understood that in March 2015, lingzhan took over the landmark shopping center of Zhongguancun from Nanfeng group, which is also the first retail property of lingzhan in the mainland. The project was officially opened on September 3, 2010, with a shopping center of more than 50000 square meters and a total of seven floors.

According to the public information, lingzhan is a REIT fund listed in Hong Kong in 2015. At present, it has five retail property projects and one office building property in the mainland, which are distributed in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
