Sichuan Academy Of Fine Arts And China Textile Press Jointly Build "Publishing Workstation"

On April 19, Sichuan Academy of fine arts held the unveiling ceremony of "publishing workstation" jointly built with China Textile Publishing House Co., Ltd. Pang Maokun, deputy secretary of the University Party committee and President, and Zheng Weiliang, Secretary of the Party committee and chairman of China Textile Publishing House Co., Ltd., attended the meeting. The ceremony was presided over by Su Yonggang, director of the Academic Affairs Office of the University.

On behalf of the college, President Pang Maokun expressed support and congratulations on the joint construction of the "publishing workstation" by both sides. He said that in recent years, the school has achieved a series of national level achievements in the process of "double first-class" construction, and the cooperation with China Textile publishing house has also achieved mutual benefit and win-win results. A textbook jointly published by both sides has been recommended for the first national excellent textbook award. It is hoped that through the establishment of "publishing workstation" and other measures, the two sides can continue to deepen cooperation, expand the scope of topics, extend the scope of application, and expand the radiation area, so as to jointly contribute to China's art education and aesthetic education, and jointly teach, spread and promote beauty.

Zheng Weiliang, chairman of the board of directors, said that on the basis of good cooperation, the establishment of "publishing workstation" marks a new stage of cooperation between the two sides in publishing art books. As a national first-class publishing house, China Textile publishing house will better serve the "double first-class" construction and creative research of Sichuan Academy of fine arts, and jointly create more excellent teaching materials and quality books.

At the unveiling ceremony, the leaders of both sides unveiled the "publishing workstation", and Su Yonggang was appointed as the station master. At the same time, the publishing house gave the college books worth 30000 yuan. Some functional departments of the college, responsible persons of teaching units and teachers' representatives also had a heated discussion with the press and his party on the construction of teaching materials.
