Huasheng Company (600156. SH) announced that on June 1, 2021, the company received the notice of Hunan SASAC on transferring Hunan Huasheng Group Co., Ltd. to Hunan state owned Assets Management Group Co., Ltd, The actual controller of the company, Hunan SASAC, transferred 100% equity of Hunan Huasheng Group Co., Ltd. (Huasheng Group) held by Hunan Xiangtou Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Xiangtou holding) to Hunan state owned Assets Management Group Co., Ltd. (Hunan SASAC) for free.
After the completion of the free transfer of equity, the controlling shareholder and actual controller of the company have not changed.
