On June 3, Shanxi Caijia printing and dyeing Co., Ltd.'s "mercerizing machine closed leaching and absorption system and light alkali concentration automatic control technology" passed the expert review organized by the science and Technology Development Department of China Textile Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as CFA).

Experts believe that the closed alkali leaching and absorption system of mercerizing machine and the automatic control technology of light alkali concentration have innovated and developed the closed alkali leaching and absorption system of mercerizing machine. A closed alkali storage reflux pipe with gas alkali separation device was developed to improve the quality of circulating light alkali and ensure the cloth surface from pollution; The secondary heating of alkali leaching is omitted and the steam consumption is reduced; The implementation of the project improves the working environment of mercerizing machine, improves the utilization rate of alkali, and reduces the operation time of expansion evaporator; Innovative research and development of the automatic control system to adjust the water consumption according to the amount of alkali supply, which ensures the consistency of cloth pH value, provides stable semi-finished products for dyeing, and achieves the process objectives of the project.
