In The First Quarter, China Was The Largest Import Market Of Textile Leather Raw Materials In Vietnam
According to Vietnam's "vinanet" on May 19, according to the preliminary statistics of Vietnam customs, Vietnam imported nearly 1.5 billion US dollars of textile leather raw materials in the first quarter of 2021, with a year-on-year increase of 17.5%. China is the largest market for textile leather materials to Vietnam.
It is reported that Vietnam imported 714 million US dollars of textile leather raw materials from China in the first quarter, a year-on-year increase of 32.4%, accounting for 47.6% of Vietnam's total imports of textile and leather raw materials. Imports from South Korea were about 130 million US dollars, a year-on-year decrease of 5.8%, accounting for 8.6%.
According to the report, Vietnam's import of textile leather raw materials from the United States in March increased by 55.7% compared with that in February. Overall, Vietnam's import of textile leather raw materials from the United States in the first quarter was US $110 million, a slight increase of 1.6% over the same period, accounting for 7.3%.
