This year, Hanchuan City proposed to complete the textile and clothing industry chain and create a 100 billion textile and clothing industry. The industrial park provides production plants and design and R & D teams for enterprises. Since last year, Hanchuan has broken the upper limit of awards and subsidies for technological transformation funds of enterprises. 49 garment fabric and auxiliary materials enterprises have invested nearly 1 billion yuan in technological transformation and upgrading. The local leading enterprise, Hanchuan Mingren group, mainly produces polyester thread for cloth sewing, and invests nearly 500 million yuan to build the world's leading intelligent production line in the industry.

To complement the industrial chain, there should be excellence. Facing the current situation that the production of fabric accessories is not perfect, Hanchuan has five traditional industries and five new industries guaranteed by municipal leaders, and plans to introduce 10 to 20 auxiliary materials production enterprises in three years to make up for the blank in raw materials.

"We are negotiating with some enterprises to establish a polyester staple fiber production enterprise with an annual output of 400000 tons in Hanchuan, which is also a gap in the raw materials of our production line industry."
