In the four dimensions, "quality benefit", "structure optimization" and "sustainable development" comprehensively reflect the core competitiveness of a country's manufacturing industry, which is the main symbol of manufacturing power and the main gap between developed countries and developing countries. Li Lingshen stressed that "scale development" is still the main support force for the development of China's manufacturing power, while "quality efficiency" is the bottleneck of China's manufacturing industry development.

Speaking of China's paper-making net blanket industry, he put forward four points of thinking: first, in 2020, China's paper-making textile production capacity is better than expected, showing a steady rise. It can be seen that the market retention rate is good, but domestic products in the domestic wire blanket market account for only 40%; Second, the downstream applicability and high-end of net blanket products have achieved certain results, but there are still many short boards and even "neck sticking" technology; Third, the technical research of domestic mesh blanket materials and equipment has achieved initial results, but there is still a large gap in the high-speed paper machine matching and quality stability; Fourth, there is still a long way to go for the domestic net carpet industry to realize the advanced industrial foundation and the independent control of the supply chain industrial chain, and the major breakthrough in high-end application is still quite difficult.

He said that if there is a gap, there will be more room for improvement. The gap is not only an opportunity but also a challenge. He hopes that the enterprises of the paper-making net blanket industry chain will continue to increase basic research, strengthen cooperation and exchange, deeply cultivate product quality, and make more contributions to the textile power.

First, he led the paper-making network and paper blanket enterprises to benchmark foreign advanced technology and advanced products, checked out the existing difficulties and pain points, and explored ways and means of joint tackling key problems through interactive communication; Second, through product performance analysis and application effect evaluation, strengthen the docking with paper enterprises, and strive for more discourse power for domestic mesh blanket in downstream application field; The third is to increase the participation in important exhibitions and technical exchange activities related to industrial textiles, broaden the enterprise vision, expand the business scope of network blanket enterprises, and improve the industry visibility. He hoped that through the unremitting efforts of the Fifth Council, China's net carpet industry would make more substantial progress and accelerate the localization process of China's paper-making equipment.

He said that at present, the per capita consumption level of paper and paperboard in developed countries is more than 150kg. According to the internationally accepted calculation method and the analysis of the total paper consumption in general moderately developed countries, considering various constraints, if China wants to reach the level of moderately developed countries by 2035, the upper limit of total paper consumption will be about 170-190 million tons (about 120-130kg per capita), It is about 36-46kg higher than that of 84kg in 2020, and the supply of 50-70 million tons should be increased before 2035. According to the "14th five year plan" of China's paper industry and the long-term 2030 and 2035 planning development, China's paper industry will have a greater development space.

According to the "double carbon" target and task put forward by the CPC Central Committee, Sichuan enterprises have great advantages in raw materials compared with other provinces in Sichuan paper industry. He pointed out that the world's bamboo is in China, and China's bamboo is in Sichuan. As bamboo is an annual plant, it can be harvested every year, which is of great significance to carbon neutralization.

She pointed out that the strength, modulus, elongation, shrinkage, resilience, wear resistance and bending resistance of monofilament are related to the elastic deformation, strength and stability of the paper-making web, and affect the permeability of the paper-making web and its supporting and conveying effect on the paper curtain. Therefore, in the selection of raw materials, we need to comprehensively consider the various indicators of the product, and select the most suitable raw material according to the use of the product.

She pointed out that the gap between domestic needles and foreign products is still obvious. However, due to the small size of the industry, domestic investment in research and development of special needles for paper-making nets and blankets is also relatively small. Therefore, progress in product development and technological progress is slow, which requires joint efforts of upstream and downstream enterprises.

Yang Jinkui, honorary president of papermaking branch of China Association and director of papermaking equipment professional committee, publicized and implemented the industry standard FZ / T 25005-2021 "bottom wire papermaking blanket" which was formally implemented on July 1. He said that standards are an important basis for enterprise product production, a prerequisite for ensuring product quality and improving product market competitiveness, and a criterion for standardizing production and market behavior. For the enterprises participating in the formulation of standards, the market competitiveness of their products will be greatly improved if the standards are well done and the standard work is done in place. But the standard work needs the joint efforts of the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain, and the relevant enterprises need to improve their awareness and enthusiasm.
